Brian was so attentive to our needs and worked so hard to make sure we had the information and support we needed to make a decision. He wasn’t personable and knowledgeable, and more apologetic than necessary for the inevitable waiting we had to do. The next day, when I told him I had gotten a nail in the tire, he even came to patch it up! Donna handled the finance portion of our visit, and she was so efficient and friendly! She actually made the paperwork enjoyable! Even though the dealership is an hour from my home, I will definitely come to Ourisman Bowie for every car purchase in the future! More

Shavon provided excellent service while she assisted me through the entire process from check in to check out. Shavon also went above and beyond to find a cost effective solution for me since I wasn't planning paying for the brakes and tire that day. Without my asking, Shavon came up with a solution that saved me some money and called me back with the quote which I happily accepted. More

Since it was under warranty, Shavon immediately put me in a rental, the engine has been replaced and my car is running like new. More
