T.B.H. After moving here it was hard to find a good, honest mechanic. I usually do not go to the dealership to get my general maintenance done do to pricing. After moving here it was hard to find a good, honest mechanic. I usually do not go to the dealership to get my general maintenance done do to pricing. But after having a bad experience with three other well known places, I went to the Hyundai dealership in Bowie. They told me I didn’t need all the stuff that this other place told me. I love the fact they are honest where as this other place was saying I need to replace my breaks, or I needed some other major maintenance done. It seemed like if it wasn’t one thing it was another. I regularly go into the Bowie location to get all my car maintenance done now. I didn’t like the Hyundai dealership by my house. I will drive to this location even though it is not near by. The staff here is honest and actually trustworthy. More

i was having an issue with my car not starting properly so I stoped by the dealership without making an appointment. I was so nervous that they weren’t going to help me but Cortez and Shavon in service wor so I stoped by the dealership without making an appointment. Service Appointment I came in to have my oil and filter changed. Cortez in the Service department checked me in and assured me that I would be out in about 60-90 minutes. Jennette fit me into the schedule with no questions asked & looked at my car for free to make sure it was safe & fixed properly so I could make my road trip this weekend. Service was quick but they forgot something Fast service (1 hr) and really appreciate the free shuttle, but they forgot one important, thing reset my service milage tracker. Therefore I was worried if the quick turnaround meant that the service was not done. I called the service team, they said oil was changed but they forgot to reset the service milage counter and i was given two options. I can come back for them to reset or i can go on youtube to learn to do it myself. I paid $70.00 for an oil change and at that point I wasn’t completely sure that it was done. Now I have to come back to get concrete verification or gamble and risk my engine locking up. I wasn’t happy but after work I Drove back down there (warning light came on while driving there) I had them reset the service milage counter and had them physically show me that the oil was clean from the oil change.
