I am utterly disgusted by the abysmal customer service, blatant bait-and-switch tactics, shockingly unprofessional conduct, and overall incompetence I experienced at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie. After drivin blatant bait-and-switch tactics, shockingly unprofessional conduct, and overall incompetence I experienced at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie. After driving three hours from New Jersey to finalize a lease agreement with Don Little, I arrived promptly at 11 am as scheduled. To my astonishment, Mr. Little informed me that he had "overslept" and would be there in 30 minutes. This was already an unprofessional start to what would become an unbelievable ordeal. Mr. Little did not arrive in 30 minutes. Instead, he sauntered in an hour and a half late, with no regard for my time or the significant distance I had traveled. His appearance was completely unacceptable for a business setting; his ripped jeans were sagging so low that his xxxxxxxx were exposed, and his overall appearance was disheveled and unkempt. To add insult to injury, the car we were there to pick up was sitting outside, covered in dirt! How can a dealership have a car ready for customer pickup in such a filthy condition? They kept assuring us they would detail it, but the fact that it wasn't already prepared is simply unacceptable. During this extended wait, Jaquard, who was filling in for Marcus that day, attempted to distract us from Mr. Little's tardiness, but the lack of respect was palpable. Once Mr. Little finally produced the lease paperwork, he informed us that the previously agreed-upon rate was no longer available and demanded $10 more per month. This was not about the $10; it was about the principle of honoring a commitment, especially after I had invested hours in traveling to the dealership based on their promise. Both Mr. Little and Jaquard refused to honor the negotiated price, claiming their "system" wouldn't allow it. Their dismissive attitude culminated in Jaquard aggressively snatching the lease papers off the table and storming away when we insisted on the agreed-upon terms. This display of hostility was shocking and completely unwarranted. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. The complete lack of professionalism, respect for my time, and the bait-and-switch tactics employed by Don Little and Jaquard were reprehensible. If Marcus is the manager, he seriously needs to re-evaluate his staff. Their behavior actively dissuades customers from wanting to do business with them. I strongly advise anyone considering Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie to think twice. You might end up wasting an entire day, be treated with utter contempt, and drive away in a dirty car! More

They lie and they really try and cheat you out of your money. Their lack of morality in selling cars is something I have never witnessed, and I've seen some bad dealerships. They also makes so many mistakes, and they try and blame it on you. They also feel like we the customer should bend over backwards for them even though they are in the wrong. I have had a miserable experience every time I have to come to this dealership. The first time, the sales person forgot to do some required check on my new car he sold me. It was his fault for not completing his paperwork, and asked me to do him the favor of bringing it in the next day so he could do it. He knew I was coming, he was suppose to meet me there and get me on my way. He said it would only take about 15 minutes. I ended up waited for TWO AND A HALF HOURS in the Service department because they forgot about me. The next time I came to the dealership was for my first oil change. I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment. They clearly have no concept or appreciation of what an appoint is, because they said to me “there are a lot of cars ahead of you, so it’s going to be about a 2 hour wait.” Three hours later I was on my way. They don’t even apologize to you for wasting so much of your time. The next time I needed them, I had a nail in my tire and needed a repair. Again, the excuse was an “extensive backlog”. They actually suggested to me that I drop the car off for 3-5 days while they took care of their backlog!!! To have a tire repair done! I am seriously searching for another option as far as the rest of my car’s maintenance will go. I hate this dealership. They are unwelcoming, they treat you like you’re cattle and an inconvenience to them. It is, by far, the WORST dealership I have ever been to in my adult life. More
