My family has owned a series of car dealerships for many years and has since then retired. I have been around cars my entire life, and would consider myself and expert on the process. This dealership says they are the best price on vehicles because they are lower, but then are not willing to negotiate a price. CarMax is up front and states that the price is no-haggle as so people searching are aware of this. This dealership would not budge at all. The price of there car was fair, I will give them that, but NO-ONE will go in and say ok I will pay what you are asking, selling cars does not work that way. I was not even financing the car through them, I had no trade in, it simply was what is the price and my bank will send the funds. What dealership does not take $1200 off a car price for an all cash offer that day? They were rude and acted like I was unintelligent about the car industry and probably because I am under 25, not a serious buyer. I also asked for someone else's help when my dealer was not there, and after saying he would get back to me, never did. I thought about trading my car in, but was not offered enough money so decided not to, but when asked about things, I was asked for all the information provided again because he lost the paperwork on the original trade in amount and had to redo it. I would not send my worst enemy to deal with these people. More

My wife took our car to this dealer for a vehicle inspection per Fairfax County regulations. After the inspection, she attempted to start the car, and needed a boost from the dealer. Now we have a fa inspection per Fairfax County regulations. After the inspection, she attempted to start the car, and needed a boost from the dealer. Now we have a faulty battery, which will probably set us back another $100 or $200. My wife is an in home mental health consultant, and this inconvenience is costly. As a matter of fact, she is stranded at a client's home waiting on AAA to give her a boost. Very bad service! More
This is the 2nd time i went in to pick up my truck and they are not ready with it. They never called in to let me know. And made me waste my time to go in twice. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. About a year ago, I purchased an Audi TT from these people and within 6 days (150 miles) the engine blew up. A mechanic informed me that it would be about 9200$ to fully purchased an Audi TT from these people and within 6 days (150 miles) the engine blew up. A mechanic informed me that it would be about 9200$ to fully repair and replace the engine. When I contacted the dealership for assistance they pretty told me to deal with it. And that even if I could find a better price elsewhere to replace it, it had to be done at their location. I am a young adult and because of my lack of knowledge with cars, I was fooled into buying a lemon. It has set me behind years in life and I am going to continue to struggle month after month because of Battleford Ford. They are a group of shady individuals who could care less about the customer. Purchased new 2011 comercial truck for my small bussiness. First day found many leaks in cab and bins on outside after rain storm. I took truck truck back 3 hours later after purchase and expressed my concerns they said they would seen to body shop to get issues fixed. I stated I do not feel comfortable having purchased a new truck and it going to body shop I told General manager of Battlefield Ford that I would like a differant truck or cancel deal i do not believe that quility control checked this truck. The Gm told me that he will not do either of those and that all he can do is put in body shop. We it has been 3 weeks now and still do not have truck due to the problems still existing. I contacted the corporation and the said they can not do anything where is Fords customer service? I have tried contacting the Owner of Battlefield Ford 4 times and he will not return my calls. More
