Great Experience dealing with Battlefield I really was interested in purchasing the new electric Fusion and had a lot of questions. When I went in, a salesman approached me and my wife, greeted us and further assisted me with all information I would need to know. J.C. Spriggs patiently answered all of our questions and we had a lot. We are scheduled to purchase a new car this Saturday because they are ordering us my exact color preference. Very good customer service and very nice new facility in Manassas, Va. I would recommend this dealership. More
Comfortable and exciting! I was in need of a new vehicle because I had driven my car into the ground. I went to Battlefield Ford to look around at what was even out there. I I was in need of a new vehicle because I had driven my car into the ground. I went to Battlefield Ford to look around at what was even out there. I was approached by a lady named Cleo. She was very calm and welcoming. I Immediately felt at ease. I do not know much about cars or really what to look for and so I told Cleo that. She was very understanding and Immediately took me through the process from A to Z. She took time to really understand what I would be using the car for and what I liked about my current vehicle. Then she started to show me options and explain how they compare to the competition. She got my super excited and helped me to feel good about my final option. Thank you to Cleo! More

Ask for Cleo! I met with Cleo. She was great....very knowledgable and professional. But best of all she was personable. I would refer any of my friends to her. I met with Cleo. WE JUST GOT SCREWED BY CESAR AT BATTLEFIELD FORD!!! We'll we had a car bought, into contract and a buyers order sitting on my desk and was on my way to pick up the new car in the morning when i received We'll we had a car bought, into contract and a buyers order sitting on my desk and was on my way to pick up the new car in the morning when i received a phone call from another salesman not CESAR himself (of course he doesn't want to talk to me direct) telling me they sold the car out from under me! I asked to talk to CESAR and asked CESAR a few question: Q: why would you sell it when we had a contract? A: yes i know we did but we just sold it. Q: How can you do that? A: well these things just happen. There were more questions with half xxx typical car sales manager responses, but the overall response was we don't care about you just the buyer who came in 10 hours earlier...even if you do have a contract set, we'll tear it up and your old news to us. So yes I am contacting Ford about this and an attorney about how Battlefield Ford and their sales manager Cesar can just enter into an agreement and then say goodbye, so sorry without delivery! More
I went to Battlefield Ford in hopes of purchasing a used vehicle. My family has bought six cars from them in the last 12 years so it was just natural for me to go to them for a car. I made an appointment on vehicle. My family has bought six cars from them in the last 12 years so it was just natural for me to go to them for a car. I made an appointment online to meet with Cesar. When I arrive at Battlefield, Cesar was very friendly, but after 10 minutes he tells me that he had booked another appointment and would have to pass me off to another sales associate, Brian. Brian was very helpful and friendly. After test driving a Nissan Sentra, we went inside to start some paperwork in hopes of purchasing the vehicle the next day. The manager tells me there is a discrepancy with my ss # and I would need to provide proof of identity. To do this, she said all I would need to bring in is a W2 or my social security card. Well I come back the next day at my scheduled time to meet with Brian again, but Brian was working with another customer so once again I was handed off to a different salesman, Nick. Nick was very friendly and helpful. Nick spoke with his financing manager and said that I would not be able to be financed for the Nissan I wanted because I had no credit. Which is weird because my brother had just purchased a car from them a couple of months prior with no credit AND put less down on a vehicle than I was trying to. He then said that if I wanted to get a brand new car, they would have an easier time finding a bank to work with me. So after some hesitation, I let him show me a new ford focus. Of course, I fell in love with the car. We went inside to do some paperwork and I had brought my W2 as Brian had instructed me to do. The financing manager said that she would not accept my W2 and that the banks would need my social security card. ALSO that I would need to put $3,000 down on a car that costs less than $10,000 or else no bank would be willing to work with me. What a sucky deal! So after spending more hours in the dealership another night in a row, I went home carless. The next day, Saturday, Nick calls me and says that they could give me a better deal on a different car (perhaps the Nissan I originally wanted, he says) and that I don't need my social security card. So I go BACK into the dealership on Sunday. Nick, of course, is busy so I am helped by a black gentleman Mikahl (sp?). By far, the RUDEST salesman I have EVER worked with anywhere! I explain to him the situation that I've been going through to try to purchase a car from them and I show him the Nissan online and tell him that Cesar, Brian, and Nick said I would get the internet price for the car. Mikahl tells me, No, I will not get the internet price - it doesn't work like that and I would have to pay the MSRP. He then tells me that the other salesman I was working with, Nick, was inexperienced and didn't know what he was talking about. I then explained to Mikahl what the financing manager told me about having to put $3,0000 down on a car less then $10,000 and he got very aggressive saying "No! That is NOT what she told you." I don't know how this man knew what the financing manager had said to me because he was not in the room with us when we had discussed it Friday night. I no longer wanted to work with this man after he got in my face (and my mother's) so I requested to speak to his sales manager. The sales manager, Carol, was again, very nice, and apologized for the way I had been shuffled around between sales people and for the miscommunication, and the wrong information I was given about the money I'd have to put down, and the internet pricing, etc. She said she would look for a couple cars in my price range and call me back in a couple days for me to come back...That was two weeks ago. I have yet to receive a call back from Battlefield Ford. I have been car shopping for months now. And this is by far the worst experience I've had at any dealership. Yes, the sales people are friendly, but depending on which sales person you work with, you get different information and NONE of it is accurate. They had me convinced that I could get a car from nowhere else and I was so put down by this experience that I didn't want to look at cars anymore. My mother dragged me to Nissan Sheehy of Manassas and guess what? I drove away in a 2012 Nissan Sentra THAT day! And they had NO problem finding a bank to finance me. So thanks for not calling me back, Battlefield Ford. I ended up with a WAY nicer car, with WAY less miles AND most of the original warranty on it. My new car is beautiful, and I am SO glad I didn't end up getting a car from you, Battlefield. You suck! More
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! This dealership is apparently could care less about the customer and is underhanded. I almost bought a car from them BUT they sold the vehicle out from under me AFT is apparently could care less about the customer and is underhanded. I almost bought a car from them BUT they sold the vehicle out from under me AFTER I made an appointment to purchase the vehicle. I called the salesperson, Deryk Bomar, while I was heading to the lot to relay what time I would be there to purchase the car. When I arrived, at the time I said I would, he told me he just sold the car. He knew I was driving from a distance away and didn't have the decency to call me. The manager on duty was apathetic and unhelpful. I wrote the General Manager, Mike Nikolich, to relay the situation to him - he never bothered to respond. They clearly have a reputation for being underhanded. I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time dealing with them. If you deal with them, "buyer beware." More

After this dealership sells an illegal truck, they want nothing to do with you, and are very rude arguing with the customer each and every time you call. After returning my rental car, Mike Elgaen thr nothing to do with you, and are very rude arguing with the customer each and every time you call. After returning my rental car, Mike Elgaen throws my down payment check across the counter and onto the floor and tells me to get out of there. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to even my worst enemy. More
Ignition coils went bad in my wife's Ford Explorer while I was on travel. She called to make appointment Friday afternoon and was told first chance to check it out was Monday. For some unexplained r while I was on travel. She called to make appointment Friday afternoon and was told first chance to check it out was Monday. For some unexplained reason, they were unable to give an estimate until 4pm Monday and job would not be complete until 4pm Tuesday. Was it a big job? No, the ignition coils are on the top of the engine very accessible and are removed with 4 screws each. Computer gives exact trouble code so diagnostics is straight forward. Eight spark plugs and wires needed changing. This is the most basic service. Cost was $1,500 of which $700 was for labor. This was a complete ripoff. Eight screws out, eight screws in, 8 spark plugs out, and eight spark plugs in. If it took two hours, they would have been really milking it and that is $350 per hour. DON'T GO TO BATTLEFIELD FORD FOR SERVICE!!! More
