STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Bought a Kia I found online. Went in…did the paper work…and as I was getting ready to drive off with it the car WONT start. They insisted it needed a Bought a Kia I found online. Went in…did the paper work…and as I was getting ready to drive off with it the car WONT start. They insisted it needed a new battery…as the sales person said they did have to jump start it that morning as they knew I was going to look at it. ------They ran it down the street put in a new battery. (GREAT) Drove to my sisters, and after dinner when I got in the car to drive off…it WONT start AGAIN. Took over 2 hours to get it to start. Called the dealership I demanded to bring it back. Took it back the next day, got a rental car…received a call the next day saying this was a waste of time nothing is wrong with the car. This is 2 months later…the car stops every other day. Every time I hit a speed bump…its done! So now I learned that the issue is that when they put in a new battery…they never put in a strap to keep it in place. And the cap that goes on top of the battery is completely striped. So when I drive…and hit a bump….the cap comes off the battery and won’t turn on the next time I get in. Called to speak with the manager…”TODD” told him that I have been going back and forth about this issue. Where the car won’t start…and that is due to the batter strap never being put on at the time they put the battery in. He tells me…SORRY ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE YOU BOUGHT THE CAR, YOU COULD HAVE REMOVED IT!” No customer service! I don’t know who they hire to represent the company. Coming from customer service field…I know the importance of making sure my clients are happy, and that they come to me the next time they need to purchase something. Or at least tell their friends on how a great of service they received from me vs DO NOT GO TO BATTERFIELD FORD….the absolute worst! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE….plenty of other dealerships that will sell you a car, and will take responsibility for their wronging. And DO NOT PURCHASE extended warranty as it really doesn’t cover everything they say it does. More
