Excellent Customer Experience. Toby you Rock!! My inspection expired in October and I didn't have time to get it done, before I went on vacation at the end of the month. I got out of work early on My inspection expired in October and I didn't have time to get it done, before I went on vacation at the end of the month. I got out of work early on Monday November 3, 2014 in order to get my car inspected. Come to find out there wasn't an inspection technician there on Mondays. I panicked and went back to may car trying to figure out what on earth I was going to do. Not to mention there was a police officer parked a few yards from me and I didn't want to get a ticket for expired tags. I was so flustered and angry that I had to find another place to get an inspection and I know idea where to go, where I'm new to the area. Then the service manager, Toby Bragg, came out to my car and knocked on my window. I explained my dilemma and she told me to go to the Battlefield Ford Dealership, on Mathis Ave. She even called that location, to let them know I was on my way. I was able to get my inspection done less then 30 minutes and I went back to tell Toby that I was so glad she was able to help me out. I've been a customer at Battlefield Quicklanes for over 2 & 1/2 years and Toby has always been so helpful and pleasant to do business with. Keep up the phenomenal work Toby! More

As soon as I walked up to the office area, Cleo walked right out to me and immediately helped me find the car for me. She was very responsive to exactly what I was looking for. She was able to show me all the details of the vehicles that I chose to consider purchasing, on her computer. She gave me the best no haggle pricing which was great. I was able to take a test drive of the Jeep that I purchased which drove perfectly. She set me up in-house with the financing that I asked for, which was a great deal for me. It was a pleasant, haggle free, one stop shopping experience for a car better than I expected. Cleo was very friendly and listened attentively to meet my needs. My financing was already worked out so all I needed to do is visit the dealer and take the car for a test ride. I told Chris I was on a tight schedule, he had the car ready when I got there. After locating the cap for the brake fluid that I dropped into the engine, we were able to take the car out for a test drive. We agreed on the purchase. I went back to work while they prepared the paperwork. When I arrived back at 4..Chris had the car tagged, cleaned and fueled up for me. Met with Kathy for about 30mins to take care of all the paperwork and I was out the door. Best car buying experience I ever had. Thanks Chris for being Professional, friendly and efficient. More
