I have been buying my Fords from a major Ford dealer (leaving them un-named) for many years and my father dealt with them since their inception - need I have been buying my Fords from a major Ford dealer (leaving them un-named) for many years and my father dealt with them since their inception - needless to say we were loyal customers. I was in the market for a smaller SUV and the Ford Escape was right up my alley. I went to the dealership I 'normally' deal with in Warrenton (not the Warrenton location, but the one in Marlow Heights MD) and found an Escape online with their 'Easy Price' Well, their Easy Price was not so easy and just felt like the deal was not there. We called a friend who works at the Battlefield Commercial Truck center and he put us in contact with the Ford Sales Manager (Cesar - GREAT guy!), who in turn handed us off to Cleo. We identified a car online and the price was given over the phone - no hesitation and the advertised price on the internet is what was quoted. We drove and looked at the Escape, went over some numbers for my trade (more than given at the other dealer) and the deal was done! It could not have been any easier. The 'other' dealer has since lost my business and I will not be a return customer - Battlefield Ford, you have won me over! No pressure and the price is what it is! The entire transaction could not have been easier!!! My hats off to Cleo (Salesperson) and Cesar (Sales Manager) - you guys are awesome!!! More

Awesome Experience - return customer! We were in the market to order a Ford F350 Super Duty truck. We sent out an e-mail to several local dealers asking what our “out-the-door” price woul We were in the market to order a Ford F350 Super Duty truck. We sent out an e-mail to several local dealers asking what our “out-the-door” price would be and had several invitations to visit dealerships but only one e-mail response from Cleo at Battlefield Ford about ordering the truck, without us visiting the dealership first. Cleo’s e-mail included Battlefield’s “aggressive” bottom-line price, and spelled out incentives, rebates, etc.… After doing some comparison shopping, Battlefield’s price turned out to be the best price in the area! A couple of days later, we visited the dealership and ordered the truck at the price quoted in the e-mail. There were no unwelcome surprises and it only took us 30 minutes to order the truck. During the wait for the truck build, Cleo periodically updated us on the status of the truck, provided us with a VIN number, as well as the truck’s estimated arrival date to the dealership. Once the truck arrived, we visited Battlefield Ford to wrap up the transaction. We settled all the paperwork, with all the incentives and trade-in agreements as advertised and drove off with our new truck in about an hour. This was our second Super Duty Truck purchase through Battlefield Ford over the last several years. This most recent experience with Battlefield Ford was the easiest automotive negotiation (since there wasn’t any negotiation needed) and purchase we’ve ever been involved with. Cleo and the rest of the staff were very efficient, professional, and pleasant and made our truck buying experience exceptional. We will definitely be referring our friends...and telling them to ask for Cleo!! More
