Jason spent the time to help discover what I was looking for in a new mid-sized truck, and then took the time for an extended test drive. His honesty and willingness to listen was extraordinary. The customer service experience at Battlefield Ford was far more superior than the experience I had at Ted Britt Ford. My service advisor, Ty, was very helpful and professional in communicating with me in far more superior than the experience I had at Ted Britt Ford. My service advisor, Ty, was very helpful and professional in communicating with me in what service needed to be performed. I will be taking my truck to Battlefield Ford for all my service needs from now on and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants great work performed with a stellar customer service experience. Thank you Ty! More
The vehicle that was of interest had seriously bald tires that were cracked and somehow they passed it with their inspection. When asked to change tires or come off the price they would not do anything. Not that were cracked and somehow they passed it with their inspection. When asked to change tires or come off the price they would not do anything. Not paying 25,000 for a truck with dangerously bad tires!! More
Awesome experience! Hans helped me with the whole process and I am beyond satisfied with everything. Hans has helped me through this whole experience. I had not bought a new since 2008. I bought a used 2017 and I am beyond satisfied with everything. Hans has helped me through this whole experience. I had not bought a new since 2008. I bought a used 2017 Acura TLX. I love my new car. There we're some bad reviews and I was a little worried, but I must say it was a pleasure working with Battlefield ford of manassas. I had no issues. I did discover there was a repair that needed to be done and Battlefield is making sure it is fixed and paid for on them as well. I was so happy they did that for me. Especially after buying a car you don't expect a big repair bill anytime soon. Again, my experience has been so pleasant. I'd definitely do business with them again! Thank you again Hans & Tex too. You fellas are great sales reps and make my car buying experience so easy too. More
Im new to car buying and walked in to buy my first vehicle. Delt with Keith for my sale and hes a great dude. Very friendly to work with not pushy or anything. Went on a great test drive and liked the vehicle. Delt with Keith for my sale and hes a great dude. Very friendly to work with not pushy or anything. Went on a great test drive and liked the price. Then went to my best friend Amato in finance to get that worked out. He told me I was looking at high interest rate for 75 months (odd time frame). Lucky for me Amato is a finance wizard and managed to almost slash that one in half ONLY if I bundled about $6000 worth of ford warranties and maintenance and gap insurance (never once told me that was included) because "the banks like that". Thankfully Amato was too focused on "helping" me that he neglected to get my first and middle names right and misspelled my last name. Thanks for the lesson Amato. P.S. can't state enough how friendly and honest Keith was if there was a question he didn't know he didn't pretend to know the answer and straight looked it up More
Found two trucks of interest online at this dealership. Over two hours away from me. Tried to talk to them about the prices over the phone and email and they wouldn't talk about it unless I come over to se Over two hours away from me. Tried to talk to them about the prices over the phone and email and they wouldn't talk about it unless I come over to see the vehicles. Drove over there, the vehicles looked very nice, drove well. Sat down and made them an offer (5% less than asking price) thinking that would be a good start. Manager Hans Antonio then lectured me about how they are a no-haggle dealership and that he made that clear in his email (he did not, otherwise I wouldn't be there). His demeanor was rude, unprofessional and condensing. While talking with me (or rather TO me) he was constantly looking and typing on his computer - I'm thinking he's trying to find a way to make this deal happen - nope, he never mentioned anything about it. Who knows what he was checking on the computer. Mind you, I offered them over $40k for a vehicle. And I was ready to pay their asking price to get that truck...if only they were professional and courteous. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, AND ESPECIALLY "MANAGER" HANS ANTONIO! He's a real definition of a "Used Car Manager". More
Found a 2018 TOYOTA Tacoma for sale on the Battefield FORD Manassas VA website Sunday night. Monday morning,I promptly was contacted by a different salesman than the one on the website??? I told them abo FORD Manassas VA website Sunday night. Monday morning,I promptly was contacted by a different salesman than the one on the website??? I told them about my interest in the Tacoma. They immediately started to ask how I would purchase the vehicle. Tuesday we discussed my loanability. The Finance person took my application. I have strong credit etc etc. They asked me for proof of auto insurance , which I gave. They discussed how they "finish" (pick up vehicle= take delivery)the sale. ( I live 6 hours away @375 miles.) Once the application was done Wednesday. They applied to a bank and a Credit Union, on my behalf. ( I gave them permission. ) The finance person contacted me with results that the credit union said no,but the bank said Yes. He could get me a six year loan at 4.09%. People should know dealers make money on the car loans they create, too. I told him market rate for that where I live is 2.14% for the same purchase ( AT MY CREDIT UNION). I didn't tell him I was approved. He told me to get back to salesman to take delivery. When I contacted the salesman, I asked about purchase price. I told him they never asked me what I wanted to pay, over 3 days of communication, and numerous phonecalls and emails. I told the salesman I wanted to pay $37,000 on their listing of $38,500. His response was the price is the price. Internet sales are just that, the price, that's it. When I continued on with a fair discussion on my valuation, my background with Toyotas ( this would be my household's 14th Toyota over 30 years), he wasn't interested. I finally after another discussion of 10 more minutes, I inisisted he discuss my offer with a manager. He agreed to do so, and get back to me by 6pm same day.... No callback, that day at all. OK..... Next, Day 1, no callback, no emails, but a message that my truck was ready , when would I want to pick it up on the next day? ( REMEMBER I live 375 miles away....) Next, Day 2, since I had not heard anything all day,... I emailed salesman at 5pm asking for status of my request? My phone rang with Battlefield FORD caller ID # on it at 6pm... but before I could pick up, the call was dropped...( by them?) I waited for the phone to ring again, never happened... Nor did the sale. Never got to discuss my offer. P.S. A day later I went to Northway Toyota in Latham, NY. There I got a 2021 Toyota TACOMA ,three years NEWER, and 24,000 LESS miles for only $4,000 more. NO hassle. My wife and I did the whole transaction in an hour. More
Terrible dealer. Terrible prices with their amazing “no haggle pricing!”. If you’re looking to get insulted and nasty with a manager, Hans is your go to guy. He touts 12 years experience in the auto sales haggle pricing!”. If you’re looking to get insulted and nasty with a manager, Hans is your go to guy. He touts 12 years experience in the auto sales industry but I have never met a more immature sales rep. I originally ignored these reviews and decided to look at a used truck and boy was I wrong. Stay away from this dealer at all costs. More

Buying a 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum-Buyer Beware I paid $60,0000 for a 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum. Little did I know that paying this amount for a new vehicle that lasted a little over 5 months and I paid $60,0000 for a 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum. Little did I know that paying this amount for a new vehicle that lasted a little over 5 months and 4600 miles. There is a fact that you need to know if you are considering this vehicle. I was driving home from the hospital and barely made it home a distance of 3.2 miles. Battlefield Ford ended up sending a tow truck to pick the vehicle up and take it to the dealership. When the service manager called me I was taken back by the information given to me by the service manager. Ford knew that this problem existed but did not issue a recall. They will only fix it if it fails and it does fail. It took them 4 days to fix the problem which included numerous sensors, fuel injector rails and the etc module. 1 week later after getting the vehicle back with 4.678 miles the Explorer gave up the ghost. 2nd Ford vehicle (2014 Focus) had a major transmission issue that was just legally settled. One note of warning if your Ford Explorer happens to make it past the warranty period you will be looking at a service bill of over $3,000 or more to fix it. Do not buy this vehicle with the 3.0l eco boost engine. You will be screwed like I was. More
