We highly recommend Ourisman Ford of Manassas. I have actually never stepped foot in this dealership, but hear me out. Unfortunately those requests only yielded 7 vehicles available nationwide. We started the purchase process with another dealer in Virginia, and that dealer wasn’t very honest in their sales tactics (Malloy Ford) however, we were limited on options. We were about to make a deal with the other dealer, and I’m swooped Cody from Ourisman, like a knight in shining armor. Seriously, he was honest, forthcoming, and made the whole process simple. A day later our brand new Expedition arrives earlier than expected, and Ourisman stood behind all of their promises. If you’ve made it this far I’ll end it with; dealerships like Ourisman are few and far between these days. The team that helped us: Kyle, Chris, Jason, and especially Cody bar none exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Kyle was giving me attitude when I was discussing the price of the vehicle my husband and I ended up purchasing. I did not appreciate his tone or visible irritation and did not find him to be professional. I can't possibly be the first person to ask about any sort of discount. I'm unsure I would recommend the dealership as a whole for this reason, but I did end up purchasing from them and everything else in the process was smooth. Had it not been for Kayla, I am quite sure we would have walked. More
