Extremely Disappointing After-Sales Service I purchased a brand new 2022 Mustang from Ourisman Ford of Manassas about four weeks ago. The buying process itself was relatively smooth, and my sales purchased a brand new 2022 Mustang from Ourisman Ford of Manassas about four weeks ago. The buying process itself was relatively smooth, and my salesperson, Cody, was pleasant to deal with. However, the service I received after buying the car has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first issue arose with the hood alignment, which should have been covered under warranty. I reached out to my sales Cody, and he assured me that the car would need to go to the body shop for the alignment, requiring a few days' time and he informed me that none of the rental were available and suggested I wait for a few weeks until one became free. Though disappointed, I accepted their response and waited for their call. After waiting for two weeks without any communication, I tried contacting my salesperson again, but to no avail. I left a message and sent an email explaining the situation, hoping for a response. It's been two more days, and still, no one has reached out to help solve my problem or provide an update. Incredibly frustratingly, every time I tried contacting the dealership and their online support, they redirected me to the service department, promising that someone would call me back for schedule. Yet, those promises were empty as no one ever reached out to address my concerns. To add insult to injury, my new Mustang is still missing one key, despite my salesperson's assurance that they would provide me with a new one. Regrettably, they never followed through on this either, leaving me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. The lack of attention, communication, and fulfillment of promises at Ourisman Ford of Manassas is utterly unacceptable. While the initial buying process may seem smooth, the experience after the sale has been filled with frustration and disappointment. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to think twice and explore other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and after-sales support. More

In January 2022, I took my Ford F150 to this location. A road test found the water pump was leaking coolant. The total parts cost was $311.62. In May 2022, I took the same vehicle back to this location. Rodents had damaged the fuel line and the fuel line was replaced. The total parts cost was $533.97. The labor cost was $559.95. The total amount was $1,204.06. Note: There was a miscellaneous charge of $74.50 including taxes. In October 2022, I took the same vehicle back to this location. Rodents had damaged the air filter and chewed it apart. They replaced the air filter, cleaned out the air box, and performed mass air flow. The total parts cost was $108.65 The labor cost was $641.59. The total cost was $833.73. Note: There was a miscellaneous charge of $73.37 including taxes. In May 2023, I took the same vehicle back to this location. The alternator was replaced, the alternator wiring was repaired, and the battery was replaced. The total parts cost $584.97. The labor cost $809.78. There was a miscellaneous charge of $74.50 and a miscellaneous discount of $50.00 including taxes. The total amount was $1,457.95. This past week (June) I took the same vehicle to this location since the battery was dead. There were no parts available. They installed a battery disconnect so that I could disconnect the battery if the vehicle sits for extended times. There was no charge for this service. Overall, I paid a total of $4,892.42 for services rendered from January 2022 through June 2023. A total of $3,191.92 was for labor and $1,700.50 was for parts. Additionally, there were multiple miscellaneous fees. There appears to be a trend from this location charging exorbitant amounts for labor cost. Additionally, the receipts don't explain the miscellaneous fees. Mon Mothma, LLC, aka Ourisman Ford of Manassas, was incorporated on October 27, 2021 and has a listed agent Ryan Millot at address 3311 Holloman Road, Falls Church, VA. Agent Miller is listed as the sole director/operator for this business. More research is required to determine if this individual is the legitimate business owner and whether he operates his business fairly and honestly. More

He took his time and showed and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle and stayed with me until I was satisfied. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and super patient. I will gladly refer friends and family to him and the Ourisman Ford Dealership in Manassas. Truthfulness and honesty were two of the most important factors considered in making my purchase. More
