Horrible experience buying a car here. We had done almost all the work over the phone. No give on the price of a two year out of date vehicle. I told the salesman (Not Abraham) I was putting money down or trading in. When I got there, I asked him to appraise my car while I test drove the new one. When we got back, he didn’t even want us in the showroom or offer us a seat. Said we needed to talk and took me outside to nitpick my current vehicle. He offered $2500 less than offers that I already had in writing. Literally told me to go to the other dealership if I wanted to sell my car. He was annoyed and angry that I had a trade in. We left without buying. Luckily Abraham came to the rescue and offered us a fair price for the trade in. Finance snuck in a $1K processing fee and wouldn't give us any wiggle room on that either. Abraham is a gem. The rest was a very horrible experience and I do NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership. I wouldn't do it again and was unfortunately to invested to walk away. More

They sold me a used 2020 Dodge Durango. During test drive, check engine light came on. They claimed their computer couldn't tell what it was because they are a Ford dealership. Salesman and Used Car Manager said it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. During my first fill up, the gas started pouring directly on the ground due to the fuel neck being ruined. They lied and told me to purchase an extended warranty (which thankfully, I did) and now my "new-to-me" vehicle will sit at another dealership for the next 2-3 weeks while I wait on the part to arrive and it get fixed. If there was a zero star rating, I would give it to this place. STAY AWAY! More
