Post sale service has been a nightmare. It took us over a month to receive a check for the vehicle we sold them. Every time we called we got a different answer. I finally had to coordinate with the lien holder myself to have them resend the information they already sent, just to get Ourisman to release the check. We are now approaching almost two months since we bought the vehicle (Aug 26) and we still have no word about our registration. We had asked about transferring our plates from the previous vehicle to the new vehicle and they said that would be no problem at all. They had to Fed Ex us a new set of temp tags because they hadn't processed the registration. We are now one week from the second set of temp tags expiring and we still can't get a straight answer as to whether the registration has been submitted and when we can expect to get the registration. It seems that once you walk out the door with the new vehicle, they aren't very interested in providing any sort of customer service. I've lost track of the time we have spent having to follow up with them, without getting any real answers. More
Can’t say enough good things about our salesman John Brevoort! He really went the extra mile to give us peace of mind about buying a used 2019 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition that we weren’t able to see in p Brevoort! John took the time to take pictures, videos, and answered so many questions that we had in order to put our minds at ease! We set up for the vehicle to be delivered to us and it looked FANTASTIC and drove like a dream once we finally got our hands on it! First experience in my life buying a car “virtually” LOL, but John hung right there beside of us and was so responsive to every text and call! I immediately felt better once he told me in our first conversation that he was retired military because I believe there is a certain code of ethics that is represented when someone has served this country. Thank you John for your service to our country and your service to my family with this purchase! By the way, we chose John as our salesman because of a review that we had read just like this one of another satisfied long distance buyer who bragged on what a great job John had done for them. More

Some issues with Ourisman. .. 1) The dealer I had, Will, knew little to nothing about cars. I actually knew more about the car I wanted to purchase than he did. Will was very polite and engaging; he just didn't know squat about cars. 2) Ourisman requires at least $20K in order to secure a loan with Ford Credit through them. I don't quite understand the game they have going with Ford Credit, but it seems a little sketchy to me. It seems like a bid to raise the amount paid in interest. 3) They don't provide any literature or information on what is covered in in the service warranties I purchased. I simply got told to look in the owner's manual. Huh? One would think that when asking customers to shell out over $6,000.00 for the warranties, they would at least provide some kind of printed material for reference. 3) The vehicle got cleaned in a rush and, as such, wasn't entirely clean on the inside. I needed to clean it again the next day to remove dirt smudges on both the plastic trim and the seat upholstery. The front window was also pretty grimy as well. Basically, it is the little things that count when purchasing a vehicle. I don't feel as though Ourisman stepped up. I got a gut feeling this review is going to affect how they treat me in the future. More

Hello, took my 2021 F150 a couple days ago for repair on a radio that is glitching all the time for the 2nd time, May 23th was the 1st time they worked on it, I paid the deductible then. they called me Tues a radio that is glitching all the time for the 2nd time, May 23th was the 1st time they worked on it, I paid the deductible then. they called me Tuesday and said car is ready, when to pick it up and they wanted me to pay again for something that, according to then, it was fixed, I said no, I'm not paying for something that I already paid before. the nice lady called a manager and after talking to him, she said we will not charge you this time, she gave me the keys and I left. this morning at 7.21am. I got a called from Josh..... service?? advisor threating me that he is going to put a lien on my truck if I don't pay the $100...then got an email from them that they will report it ti Ford warranty if I don't the bill. I turned on the car this morning and guess what? the problem still exist. I'm taking my business to a place where they will appreciate it, this gentleman is risking losing a repeat customer instead of taking his time and assess the situation. he even said and i quote "I don't see anything on the system that says we worked on this before". I got the receipt Mr. invoice #101695 for you Josh to save you time looking for it. I'm a nice guy, you should try nice sometimes. More
