If I could give negative stars, I would. I dropped my 2013 Nissan Altima off for a safety inspection on a Monday night. Tuesday morning I received a call that a transporter had hit my car and they had sent it over to a body shop to fix the front bumper. I asked about a loaner as this is my only car and was told they did not have any available. I was going out of town Friday and told the service advisor if I was not going to have my car back in time they needed to provide a rental. Thursday morning I received a call saying a rental had been arranged at Enterprise and to go over when I was ready to pick up the vehicle. I had to get someone to drive me over only to find out the dealership hadn't arranged a rental and there were no cars available. The rental company had me go home while they scrambled to find me a car and then were able to get me taken care of. An hour after I got the rental, the dealership called to say the car was ready. I went to pick up my car only to find the after market bulbs I had just installed for the drivers side high beam, low beam, and fog light had been replaced with regular, dimmer bulbs, the metal near the driver's headlight assembly was pushed in, the trim for the grill wasn't attached on either corner for at least 2 inches on either side, the washer fluid fill neck was missing the nylon rivet and was installed upside down, the weather stripping on the front of the hood stuck out past the edge of the car, the insulation on the passenger side wasn't installed correctly, there were 5 fasteners missing from the insulation attachment to the hood, and there was a wire dangling down under the bumper on the passenger side. The service advisor asked me to bring the car back Monday and they would address it. The next day, i had to replace the battery as it was cracked and leaking. I called Monday to speak with the service manager to explain the issues and he advised he had ordered the bulbs and they would address the issues when those came in. I am still waiting for pictures of the damage and paperwork detailing what work was performed to repair the damage. I'm took my vehicle back for them to correct the repairs. When I got it back it still had the wrong bulbs installed on the driver side and now my fog lights do not work at all. The paint inside the driver side of the engine bay appears to have been ground off, there is a large gap on the drivers side support pillar next to the windshield, and rain now enters the engine bay through a gap in the right side of the hood. I filed a complaint with Ford corporate, but they said it's up to the dealership to fix the issues as this is a business matter. I do not want them touching my vehicle again and am going to reach out to the service director since neither Jose Romero the Service Manager or Marco Ramirez the Service Advisor have been willing to provide documentation for the damage they caused or to effect proper repairs. I recently purchased a 2025 Ranger Raptor from Ourisman Ford in Manassas, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Nirbhay! From start to finish, he was absolutely phenomenal—profession Ford in Manassas, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Nirbhay! From start to finish, he was absolutely phenomenal—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Nirbhay made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. He kept me informed at every step, answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, and went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best possible deal. His transparency and honesty were a breath of fresh air, and I never once felt pressured. The Ranger Raptor is an incredible truck, and Nirbhay made the experience of getting behind the wheel of it even more exciting. His follow-through and attention to detail were top-notch, and even after the sale, he checked in to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re considering a new Ford—especially something as awesome as the 2025 Ranger Raptor—do yourself a favor and ask for Nirbhay. He’s one of the best sales professionals I’ve ever worked with. Thank you, Nirbhay! More
Took my truck in for service, and spoke with Marco Ramirez who was very friendly, helpful. He also kept a close follow-up with me to let me know what was wrong with the truck. I purchased a Bronco Big Bend in April 2025. The negotiation was pretty standard, was happy with the price, but after that, the experience went downhill. I went in to buy the truck and though The negotiation was pretty standard, was happy with the price, but after that, the experience went downhill. I went in to buy the truck and thought I had everything I needed but they have no process in palce for preparing customers to checkout at this dealership. It was very disorganized. We were using the college student discount and I was told beforehand that my son could sign everything electronically. Not the case. My wife had to drive the paperwork to my son's college a great distance away so we could take advantage of the discount. Unacceptable. Even the finance person that I dealt with said the sales people are a disaster. They have apps to do everything. The one to scan your license doesn't work. Their advice, just keep trying it. Very frustrating. I was told I would get a rate of 5.9%. I didn't discover that the rate was almost 8% until I was signing the papers. I guess they figured they would keep it a secret? Also unacceptable. Before I drove the truck off the lot the salesman was putting the plates on the truck. He was about to drill into the front bumper to install the front plate. I asked it that was necessary and he told me they make after market holders that screw in from the bottom and the dealership would not only reimburse me for the part, but also the labor to have someone else install it for me. I decided to go that route and purchased the part and installed it myself. I have sent the receipt to no less than a half dozen people at the dealership and have still not received the reimbursement even thought the salesman and two sales managers have assured me they would send the check. They also have a survey for you to fill out after the purchase. I was told that if I filled out the survey I would be given Ford points with a monetary value of $150. The salesman was very clear that I was to give "5 stars" for every question on the survey. When he saw that I did not do so, he texted me telling me that he was now going to be docked pay by Ford because I didn't give a full 5 star review. Of course that's not true. Also, I never received the additional Ford points. I guess they only use the promise of the Ford points to get you to lie on their surveys. We absolutely love the truck. By all means by a Ford Bronco. Just don't buy it from Ourisman Ford Manassas. More

Spoke to Carlos in the pre-owned division for a week trying to purchase a 2019 EcoSport. I'd gotten pre-approved for a loan by my bank, which I needed a signed buyer's note for. I got the buyer's note, trying to purchase a 2019 EcoSport. I'd gotten pre-approved for a loan by my bank, which I needed a signed buyer's note for. I got the buyer's note, got it signed by myself and the dealership, had sent it off to the bank, who sent it to the dealership. I did all this online while signing on to an insurance policy as my previous policy was out-of-state and no longer active. The policy would not be active until the following day, so I was NOT ABLE TO PICK UP THE CAR that night. The last I heard from the dealership (who deals with my bank directly) was that everything was set on their end, and from the bank that they were just waiting on the underwriting team (both exchanges are pictured). The following day after I got off work I told Carlos what time I could come by to purchase the vehicle, had received confirmation from him, and got a ride to the dealership which is an hour out of my way. For the third time this week. It turns out that while I was on my way another potential buyer looked at the car and had decided they wanted it. When I showed up I had the situation explained to me and was told to sit and wait for the new buyer to explore financing options to decide if they wanted to go through with it. In the end, the new buyer liked the agreement, and the dealership SOLD THE CAR TO THE NEW BUYER. They SOLD THE CAR while I was ON THE WAY TO BUY IT, after having been in constant contact with them for a week. I talked to a manager (whose name I didn't grab and, after asking Carlos for, will probably not get as I'm CERTAIN I'll get ghosted by these folks) who said this dealership is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. This was after they had sat on the completed forms that were sent to them by my bank. The manager lied to me about hearing back from the bank and played dumb when I told him his own salesman had told me everything was ready. This was after they had tried talking me into a financing option earlier in the week that would have sat me either with a down-payment way out of my price range or with a payment plan with nearly TWENTY PERCENT INTEREST. I left without the car, having given a week of my time to this shady dealership, and with an insurance policy for a car that someone else bought. This place runs on extremely sketchy business practices and will not honor your business if they can get even another cent from someone else. They operate on lies and scams and care only about how much money they can get from you. And if not from you then from absolutely anyone else. DO NOT SHOP HERE! If this is how they treat their own customers who they have had ongoing business with then I would be worried about the state of the actual cars. If they don't scam you on the front end, then they will on the back. More
