Dreading the task of buying a new vehicle, we arrived at Ourisman Ford and immediately we were greeted by a very pleasant Sales Consultant, Chris Moses. We were able to negotiate with Chris and Dan (sales manager)in a very pleasant,nonagressive atmosphere until we agreed upon the price of the vehicle. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently with Christy Dudley in finance and the young lady who sold us the Undercoating and Protection Plan (do not remember her name).
