Personal Service Maurice was our service contact on Friday for my 100,000mile Sienna check and Sat. for my husband, Michael's 63,000 mi. Highlander check. Maurice hel Maurice was our service contact on Friday for my 100,000mile Sienna check and Sat. for my husband, Michael's 63,000 mi. Highlander check. Maurice helped us find the service coupon. I had it at home on my computer but was asked to sign-up for a Toyota online account. After doing that, I could not find the coupons again. Maurice/technicians noticed my state inspection was due! Thankful to get that done at Toyota in case something needed to be done to pass. Also, nice to not sit in an inspection line. *Finally, Hira at the check out showed her thoughtfulness and customer caring. We have an older special needs son that has accompanied me to MANY (MOST) service appointment since our first Toyota in 2012. He looks forward to visiting the donuts for a treat. After we did the night drop, my son, asked if he could go to pick up the car on Friday. We got there about 3:00 and he was so disappointed to find an empty donut case. Hira saw his face. I told her we'd be back tomorrow with my husband's car and maybe he'd have better luck. She said, " I will be here tomorrow and I will save him a donut." Sure enough, we arrived on Sat. afternoon. My son went to the donuts while we spoke with Maurice and paid with Hira. He again found an empty case. But Hira had a small bag behind her counter with a donut for him and for his brother and sister. Inside when we got home, we found a note: "Enjoy! -Hira". I cannot tell you how that made our day. Hira is a gem! Thank you, Hira, for your thoughtfulness! More

Great customer service Simon was the man that helped me and he was wonderful. He kept me fully informed on the status of the work while I read a book in the very spacious a Simon was the man that helped me and he was wonderful.
