Courteous and Expeditious I came to Ourisman 11/10/17 to schedule an appointment the following week for its 25,000 mile service. The service advisor Brian Coy said that my veh I came to Ourisman 11/10/17 to schedule an appointment the following week for its 25,000 mile service. The service advisor Brian Coy said that my vehicle could be serviced that very afternoon. I decided to have the service performed then and there. Mr. Coy said that the adage that the quality of service varies by day of the week is a, if not urban, then automotive myth and that my vehicle would be just as well serviced on a holiday Friday afternoon than it would be midweek. I payed nothing for the 25,000 mile service as the vehicle is still on warranty. Nothing exceeding the warranty such as front end alignment was deemed necessary as it was in the 20,000 mile service. I was very satisfied for the whole service experience at Ourisman. I do regret not insisting that the wiper blades be changed, something I intended to do but forgot to do since I was so taken with the promptitude and courteousness of Brian and other service personnel. I will continue to bring my RAV 4 to Ourisman surely through warranty and most likely beyond it. I would rate Ourisman service 5 stars but refrain from rating anything or anyone the maximum number of stars no matter what the field of evaluation No matter how good we are we can always get better even an excellent service center such as Ourisman Fairfax. More

Great service. We purchased our used CPO 2012 Tacoma from Ourisman. I had to bring it in for a claim on the valve cover gasket. The service advisor Sean Jagdeo expla We purchased our used CPO 2012 Tacoma from Ourisman. I had to bring it in for a claim on the valve cover gasket. The service advisor Sean Jagdeo explained to me the process. They gave me a loaner and I was called with the news it would be replaced. I got a call a short while later letting me know I could pick it up. Sean was great and kept me informed through out the whole process. I am glad we purchased from Ourisman. More

55000 mile check up on my 2013 Prius I have had my Prius serviced exclusively at Ourisman Toyota. They are always courteous, punctual, and friendly. On this visit, an air sensor needed either cleaning or replacement. It was an extra $100....I have no idea if not doing It invalidated any warranty. I also don’t know if there were alternative possibilities instead of the replacement. There was a tire replacement option offered. It was over $500 for two tires to include alignment, installation and balancing. I gave the same tire Style and maker as offered in one other place. They would do all of the same except for alignment. Since the tire wear was even, by the observation of the Toyota trained technician, I do not need alignment. I could get four new tires of the same maker for $20 dollars more...and two more tires. Your charges are too high, period. Lastly, there is an offer to evaluate your car for trade in value. To do so, you have to leave the service Center and drive up the street. Why can’t you provide the service with an in writing assessment that the owner can then decide to go up the street and look at a newer car ....it would be a service from service in service.
