The service was completed at least 2 hours before their original estimated completion time. Kudos to Michael and the rest of the service team. More

Super Service, Clean & Comfortable Facility My 2006 Toyota Tacoma was recently recalled for a frame problem. The staff was very accommodating, got my truck right into the shop, and technicians Trevor and Jake Foltz quickly fixed the problem returning my truck to me in short order with a fresh wash job. Everyone was pleasant and courteous from the Service Manager Michael Neumann right down to cashier and the gentleman who returned my truck to me on completion. Team members that deserve the gold star for service, in addition to Mike, Trevor and Jake include Michael Koziol, Sergio Munoz, Tak and the very courteous young lady at the Cashier's desk whose name I failed to get on the way out. Thank you again for another great service at Ourisman Toyota. When it comes to reliability, you cannot beat a Toyota and Ourisman and Toyota's pledge to make it right when an infrequent problem arrives. Ourisman takes great care of both our Tacoma and our Sienna van, and have for years. More

Another great experience! Took my 2010 Prius in for an oil change and state inspection and decided to wait - plenty of comfortable chairs, complimentary coffee and donuts, and Took my 2010 Prius in for an oil change and state inspection and decided to wait - plenty of comfortable chairs, complimentary coffee and donuts, and there is a quiet section if you don't want to watch TV. Service manage came out BEFORE he said the car would be ready and patiently described a few minor issues. He gave a reasonable estimate for how long the repairs would take and the car was ready before. Checkout was fast and the car was washed. I'm glad I gave up on another area Toyota dealer's service - Ourisman Fairfax has been great every time. More

My service guy Luis is AWESOME! I found a coupon for my brakes online and my usual dealership wouldn’t honor it so I came to FFX Toyota. My service guy, Luis was so awesome! He list I found a coupon for my brakes online and my usual dealership wouldn’t honor it so I came to FFX Toyota. My service guy, Luis was so awesome! He listened to me, never talked down to me (especially because I’m female), explained everything to me, showed me around the dealership and he has an awesome sense of humor. Because of my experience I will bring my truck to FFX Toyota for all my servicing needs. My other dealership doesn’t come close to making me feel like a valued customer.
