Service manage came out BEFORE he said the car would be ready and patiently described a few minor issues. He gave a reasonable estimate for how long the repairs would take and the car was ready before. Checkout was fast and the car was washed. I'm glad I gave up on another area Toyota dealer's service - Ourisman Fairfax has been great every time. More
