Service with a Smile I came in for a to wait for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation with my daughter. The snack basket had treats and the fridge had cold bottles of water like always. Amanda was extremely pleasant, took time to talk to my little one, and even offered her a cupcake! She was so happy...I heard about that cupcake for the rest of the night! Thanks for making my girl feel special and being so accommodating to help the wait time pass by faster. Amanda is remarkable. Your first line contact - Amanda Ordos - could not have done a better job. However, the job completion took several days to complete simply because t Your first line contact - Amanda Ordos - could not have done a better job. However, the job completion took several days to complete simply because the providers of equipment sent wrong parts. She had to spend a lot of time explaining and correcting the order. Ultimately I got the wheel rims redone BUT when I came in to pick up the car, the center caps were not on the wheels. Amanda searched it out and it revealed that only 3 had been on the car when I brought it to the shop. Apparently someone in the shop had not bothered to give them to Amanda or put them on the car. She found the three and they were put on the car - scratches and all. She placed an order for a new one which will complete the transaction. I have absolute positive comments regarding Amanda's customer care given to me. However, I must assume it wasn't great being the go=between with her inhouse people and me.
