In less than 25 minutes the technician removed the tire, removed the nail in it, plugged the tire, and My tire would not hold at the prescribed psi. Overall, very happy with service here. I bought my 2017 Jeep Patriot at Thompson Jeep of Harford County in April 2017. Had it for almost 2 years and 20,000 miles with no problems at all. Drove it only once in snow about 8 inches deep and it was fantastic in the snow! 4 wheel drive works great! I've had it serviced here since I bought it and on my most recent service visit for an oil change and tire rotation, after I left the dealership, I saw the tires were not rotated although I paid $25 for the tire rotation. The oil change was free, part of my contract when I bought it new. I had the front right tire replaced about 2 months ago so the tread on this tire was still "new" with lots of tread. The other 3 tires are worn. After getting home, I saw this "new" tire was still on the front right, telling me the tires were not rotated. Perhaps the mechanic forgot, not a big deal. But next time, I'll check the vehicle over before leaving. More
