Service Satisfaction Since the beginning of taking my Renegade to Jones for service, my Service Advisor Amanda has always made my service experience a pleasant one. She is Since the beginning of taking my Renegade to Jones for service, my Service Advisor Amanda has always made my service experience a pleasant one. She is friendly, patient and takes the time to go over my concerns about my visit from oil changes/tire rotation to fixing a flat she helps on her part along with the mechanics to get me in and out in quality time without a long wait. Even though most times I deal directly with Amanda the Service Dept Manager and other staff are always nice as well. From past experience with other cars that I have had from other dealerships Thompson surpasses all of them in service. My experience overall with Thompson Automotive between Sales and Service the Service Dept wins hands down!!! More
