I appreciated the lack of pressure but she didn’t even seem like she was on our side. The manager came to tell us the vehicle we wanted wasn’t going to work for our financial situation. Then he proceeded to call one other place and suddenly could make it work. I really believe he was playing games and I hate that! He was arrogant and rude when we wanted to walk away. It ruined the car buying experience. I wished I had gone back to the mega dealership I had used before because even if I was just a number, they would have never gotten away with that attitude. The finance manager was the only person we dealt with who was super nice and efficient. More

When I was, I gave Dan Marcheski a call and it was the best decision I could have made when looking into a new car. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he went to work. He looked into EVERY option, not just the affordable. He worked with me to get me into a BRAND new 2019 Jeep Compass and I am in LOVE. The manager, Rick and Dan definitely gave me the absolute best deal they could do. They ran numbers multiple times to make sure the payments were as close to where I wanted them as possible. I had gone in expecting to be qualified for a used car at best, but they went above and beyond. 10/10 Would buy a car from Dan and Thompson again! More
