Warranty Paint Work I was told I would have a loaner vehicle upon arrival for warranty work on my vehicle.. I was mislead and had to be shuttled with 3 others to Enterprise for a "rental". This took longer than anticipated as we had to wait until they opened. The rental was reserved and was given a choice of a mini van, to which I responded NO WAY. After I was adamant, I was put into a mid size SUV. 2 days later, I received a phone call that my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, my vehicle was NOT done and had to wait almost 2 hours to get the keys in my hand. Once I got my vehicle back, I noticed a brand new $50 pillow (king sized) was missing out of my vehicle. I called and spoke to Ryan ,Sue and Dan and was advised there are no cameras on the storage lot and that it was not left anywhere in the shop. More
