A little more Info. I only had one complaint. When you call in for service, apparently, you have to find out which of the 2 Edgewood locations you are assigned too. I arr I only had one complaint. How was I supposed to know? You associates should emphasize that there are two locations for service and Explain which location to arrive at. Had to wait for my Jeep but a pleasant experience I needed an Oil change and tire rotation and needed to wait this time because I did not have time to drop it off. I was greeted right away and they we I needed an Oil change and tire rotation and needed to wait this time because I did not have time to drop it off. I was greeted right away and they were able to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee in right away at the promised time. They have a lounge area to wait with a TV, coffee machine ( Keurig ) and a small fridge for bottled water. Watched almost a full episode of Love it or List it and my Jeep was done. The advisor also checked for recalls and I was good. Very friendly staff and they dont waste your time. More
