During my recent necessary service to replace a vital system of the vehicle, I was impressed by the lengths taken for personal distancing safety at the beginning of the pandemic before mandatory measures were enacted by the government. The mechanics know what they are doing, and get the job done correctly - my vehicle runs great! I have been a loyal customer of Thompson Jeep of Harford County for decades because I have always received fantastic customer service; and over that time, I had purchased three new vehicles from them because of their great service. For the few occasions that Don was not available when I needed something right away, Amanda and Ryan were very nice and helpful; however, I do like the ability to work with one representative for the service of my vehicle. Thorough transmission service Brought to this Dodge dealership due to reputation and proximity to home. Vehicle was under bumper to bumper warranty so had transmission inspected and tested for specific issues. Was told it would be a day before work was done, Mr. Ryan Daugherty contacted me later in the day to report issues were resolved and could pick up vehicle. That was a bonus! He explained in detail all work completed without having to pay extras. Vehicle now performs as intended. Cost was 130.00 (not covered by warranty) but was small compared to value received OR having to deal with getting replacement. Thank you Ryan. More
