Doing everything possible to sole the problem The air conditioning had been intermittent for several months. Don Ward would try and capture the failure when every I showed up. The ac failed with the codes showing no failure. Don brought the technician to the drop off area, but nothing was apparent They took the car to the service area and where able to identify a unusual failure, a melted fuse. I had 2 experiences because the issue was not resolved the first time First experience: Great customer service, my car was in the shop for a week. I got frequent updates and estimates as to when the car would be done. Went to pick the car up and it was dirty as could be. Oil/grease was all over the windshield wipers in addition to 2 loose nuts which should have been put back on. There are greasy hand prints from where the workers pushed my car to move it out of the way while the engine was out. A piece of my car had been broken and they taped it back together rather than replacing it. The original issue was also not fixed. So when the car was taken back we showed Ryan the issues with the car. He was receptive and apologetic so I will give him xxxxxxthere. The second experience we did not hear from anyone until I called on Thursday (we had dropped the car off on Saturday). The car had still yet to be diagnosed but somehow the car was fixed and ready to leave the shop by Friday evening so in 24 hours they went from undiagnosed to fully diagnosed, got the parts, and fixed the issue. Unsure how that happened so quickly unless I was misinformed Thursday evening? Ryan did mention he was out for a few days but I was disappointed that no one else could step in to update me. Overall, I am unsure if I would re-visit due to my experience. Ryan did his best to make it right but overall I have mixed feelings about the work that was done. More

The staff at the dealer service area was so friendly and efficient. I was checked in and seated in the waiting area very quickly. It took no time at all for my service to be completed. Great service!
