Overall service experience Service center is basically a very good service center, but they need to get a better IT guy to fix their online services. My family has always truste Service center is basically a very good service center, but they need to get a better IT guy to fix their online services. My family has always trusted and liked the work they do on our vehicles. however, setting up service with online web tools is terrible - this is only thing about service from this dealership we don't like. We can go in person or call and setup the appointment, just dont have the convience of the online setup (which is important for someone like me with hearing disability). Plus the emails on service reminders is also screwed up - My son lives with me and has older Dodge truck, i keep getting service reminders in my name for his truck, and vice versa - he gets my service reminders for my truck. After correcting this several times and still having same issue, we've given up trying to straighten this out. More
