I went in for a basic recall, they called me halfway giving me a list of things wrong with my car saying they could fix it for 2100$. When i got home i showed my car to my dad who happens to be a mechan giving me a list of things wrong with my car saying they could fix it for 2100$. When i got home i showed my car to my dad who happens to be a mechanic and he looked over everything and half the things on the list were completely fine or had judt been fixed before i took it there. I feel as if they tried to take advantage of me because i am a young women, they thought i didnt know what i was talking about. More

I had to take my Jeep compass to service 7 times to get the engine replaced for a known issue. on the 7th trip, I complained about a check engine light benign on, for a transmission code. 6 weeks later, th the engine replaced for a known issue. on the 7th trip, I complained about a check engine light benign on, for a transmission code. 6 weeks later, the transmission was throwing yet another code. I wanted to trade the vehicle in, and met salesman Chris. He was great. Management on the other hand lied and told me they were no longer buying vehicles in 2020. I went to Dundalk thompson to complete my transaction, with much friendlier service. More
