Wasted my time again! First time my car sat on the lot for 9 hours and wasn’t touched. Second time they fixed one of the issues. Third time I went there to get the remaining issue fixed and they did not h for 9 hours and wasn’t touched. Second time they fixed one of the issues. Third time I went there to get the remaining issue fixed and they did not have part. No one called to let me know ahead of time so I drove there and sat for at least 30 minutes before being told. I now have to make ANOTHER appointment to go back there again to get the issue fixed. I will surprised if I get a call to tell me the part is in so I am sure I will have to call and get passed around until I get an answer. More

Glorified jiffy lube. Rec'd excellent service from Thompson. Advisors were very accomodating and cordial. Quality of work performed was good. I would have given 5 stars, had there not been dirt/grease prints on steering very accomodating and cordial. Quality of work performed was good.
