I had an 8 am appointment for a check engine light issue. I brought my car in the evening before so it would be available first thing in the morning. My car was not even looked at by lunch(when I was assured I brought my car in the evening before so it would be available first thing in the morning. My car was not even looked at by lunch(when I was assured I would have a phone call regarding my vehicle) I called at 1:30 and my car had still not been seen. It was not even looked at until I spoke to the service manager at 3:30. What was the point of having the appointment when I had to constantly call to see the status. No one called me like they were supposed to. I am very disappointed with your service team. I will not be back unless I have no other service options. More

Poor service experience. We went in for a recall. Despite instructing them to not waste time on a multipoint inspection, they did.
