I made my appointment twice. Once giving them an hour and a half to complete the service and could not get it done in time. The do over, was no better I waited two and a half hours to just get my oil changed a half to complete the service and could not get it done in time. Very unprofessional service advisor. He lied to me. Went there for a blown out tire and he let me know the manufacturer wouldn't do anything. I contacted the manufacture and they were more than helpful and there for a blown out tire and he let me know the manufacturer wouldn't do anything. I contacted the manufacture and they were more than helpful and gave me a credit for the remaining treadwear on the tire. Makes me not want to go back More
