I went in to have my oil changed under JEEP WAVE program and discuss other concerns with vehicle. Girls at the Service counter made me feel as though I was taking up their time asking questions. Every time I call I have to go through the whole list of problems to be addressed. Obviously my appointment was not made through their location. I was advised to bring in for oil change and discuss the other concerns in person. Basically accused me of having oil change/services completed at another dealer and I had used up WAVE program. I had not. I haven’t been to that dealer since February 2020. I paid for oil change and tire rotation. In reviewing my receipt, I see that Thompson did not put the correct oil in my vehicle. My vehicle calls for 5W20. Thompson used 0W20. My vehicle is tapping like crazy and I can smell the oil burning. It’s ironic that I was accused of having services performed and basically accused of trying to get something for nothing and Thompson pulls this sneaky trick and charges me over $80 for substandard service and products. I had an oil change and drive my car home and the vehicle started making a squeaking noise when going from stop to go, I brought the vehicle back and had a quick check done and was told they didn’t have enou started making a squeaking noise when going from stop to go, I brought the vehicle back and had a quick check done and was told they didn’t have enough time to complete the inspection so I was told to bring it back and when I called the service manager she was not available and a message was left to be called and I never heard back from her, unacceptable when I was told to contact her because she appears to be the only person that is aware of the issue, nothing was in the system about a return visit! More
