SERVICE VISIT

Made an appointment for first thing Monday morning to have my car looked at. They apparently overbooked so they kept my car 2 days before they even looked at. When they finally got it in the shop Wedne have my car looked at. They apparently overbooked so they kept my car 2 days before they even looked at. When they finally got it in the shop Wednesday afternoon around 3:00, they told me they couldn't find the issue. The mechanic took a ride with me and told me he wasn't sure what the issue was, then came back and gave the guy behind the counter (Don) my keys and told him "that was 45 minutes of his life he couldn't get back". Horrible customer service! More
