I contacted this dealer when searching on AutoTrader. The sale representative (Sam Sinclair) was very personable and attentive to my needs. Even after realizing that I lived 2 states away, Sam was still focused on providing me the best deal possible. Sam collaborated with Used car manager Rick Schofield and was able to negotiate me the best deal on a new Jeep and the best trade-in price also. Rick was able to negotiate with the bank to provide me with the best finance rate for my transaction. If this was not enough, knowing I lived 2 states away coordinated transporting the new purchase vehicle to me and picked up the trade-in vehicle at no other cost. This dealership was able to provide me with the best new vehicle purchase I have ever had. This dealer be located over 500 miles away was able to provide me with a better trade-in amount, vehicle purchase price, and finance rate than any dealership I contacted locally. I will certainly consider purchasing another new vehicle from this dealership in the future. More

As a female, it's often difficult to walk into a car dealership by yourself, but I was made to feel completely comfortable. By the end of my experience, I had the exact vehicle I told Steve I wanted (with all of the features I requested) and he even drove 45 minutes away to pick it up from another dealership so it would be at the dealership when I arrived. We came in on Saturday 2/25/12 and the dealership was very busy. We were immediately assisted by Rich (sales manager) and then handed over to Greg Swick (sales). We were also greeted by the General Manager. While we were not satisfied with pricing and left, we were called within an hour and agreed to terms. I felt this could have been negated from the onset as I believe my offer was more than fair and I came pre-approved credit wise. I am one not to banter but get to business. This is one thing in life I don't like to do and that is buy a vehicle. Again, very professional and courteous staff.
