We went to Thompson to purchase a used car. After reviewing our options our sales person Richard told us that for the price and payments we were looking for we would be able to get a new car. He made a suggestion and we took it for a test drive. We fell in love with the Dodge Journey immediately. They were able to give us every possible rebate and incentive and brought the price down a lot. They were awesome to work with and I would highly recommend this dealer to everyone. More

We received a coupon for a $20 oil change which prompted our visit. When we arrived to drop off the vehicle we were told that the price would be $49.95 because we requested synthetic oil plus $20 for a tir our visit. When we arrived to drop off the vehicle we were told that the price would be $49.95 because we requested synthetic oil plus $20 for a tire rotation. The service rep then stated that there was a deal going on, pay $59.95 up front for the oil change and the next three would only be $39.95, which we agreed to. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle we waited 30 minutes in line while the only service rep actually working was on the phone with a customer. The other service rep just sat there watching us while he ate. Once we were finally being taken care of we were told our total was $115. Apparently the "deal" doesn't include the labor and actual quarts of oil. When we commented about the extra cost, the rep just brushed us off. We finally get into our vehicle to drive home and we not only have to throw away the garbage they left in the car, but we also have to reset the oil change indicator light. We basically just paid to be treated poorly and pick up trash. We will never visit Thompsons again. More
Mario was wonderful to deal with. He kept looking for a car to fit into our price range. The finance department was great. We went in on a budget with a bottom line in mind. They did everything they could to pay attention to what we wanted and what we could afford. My husband recently traded in his Ford F-150 on a Dodge Dart. He had a very good experience dealing with Ramiro and Ethan. I mentioned to Ramiro I was looking for a lower payment on my car. I told him maybe, but he couldn't get me the gas mileage as I had a Ford Fusion Hybrid, which gets great gas mileage. He said I can't do that, but if you're looking for a lower payment, I can do that! I told Ramiro I would come back the next weekend. As it turned out I was sick that weekend. So the very next weekend which happened to be this past weekend, we went back and saw Ramiro. Between him and Ethan I was able to trade my Ford in on a Dodge Avenger. Even though I was upside down on my car, they were able to work it out and guess what, my payment is almost $100 lower and the interest rate is much lower than what I was paying. I would consider them the new Miracle Workers. I am truly a happy customer. Thanks to Thompson for going all out to help me. More
