I brought my new 2016 Jeep Rubicon Hardrock to set up an appointment to have a recall performed. Met with Amanda Ordos-service advisor. Very sincere person and scheduled my service the next day. When I brought my vehicle in I was greeted with a welcome and smile. This really shows individuals like Amanda and Dan Patzwell really care about their customers. Service Department Issues. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot, on February 2015, had to take it in for Radiator overheating in Nov 2016, a week later I get my Jeep back, drove it o I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot, on February 2015, had to take it in for Radiator overheating in Nov 2016, a week later I get my Jeep back, drove it one day and it overheated again, it took a week before I could get the service dept to pick the Jeep up to be repaired, I live over 40 miles from the Dealership and did not want to risk driving the distance for fear of damaging the motor, my Jeep has been in there 3 weeks of have made many attempts to find out what is going on with my Jeep, the answers I have been given are, we are running tests, we are putting miles on it to see if it overheats, we may have to replace the whole coolant system, and at 8 thirty today Dec, 21, 2016 the Service Manager tells me someone is out test driving my Jeep, during the 3 weeks as of today I have left 3 messages with 3 different managers at Thompson Crysler Jeep and I still do not know when my Jeep will be repaired, I am very unhappy and need my Jeep. I also took it in twice for the breaks squeeking and was told it is a switch, but they will not replace the switch. More
Wonderful Experience Had no intention of buying a new vehicle. Stopped in to waste some time and look at Ram 1500.Kim came while I was looking at a white Laramie Longhorn. Wound up in her cubicle and picked up my white Laramie Longhorn the next day. Great experience. Felt no pressure to buy the vehicle from Kim or Barry her manager. I surely would buy there again. More
Bought used 2011 Mazda 6, excellent condition, awesome staff I had been looking for a late-model used car, and I found an excellent low-mileage Mazda 6 at Thompson. He was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly without being pushy. That seems to be the culture at Thompson, and he is an excellent example. I bought the car on my return visit and made sure I dealt with Obryant again. Everyone was great, but I will note specifically that he has an excellent sales career ahead of him. I enjoyed meeting him and wish him nothing but the best. I will return to Thompson next time I'm in the market. More

The financing was quick and very much in the realm of what I told them I was looking at doing. The car also had a small issue (not of their doing) and they took care of it before I left. It was nice dealing with people who wanted to get you what you wanted and not push their own agenda. The price of the vehicle was also less than comparable models at other dealers. More
Service Dept needs to listen We have purchased a total of 4 Jeep Wranglers since 2005. A 2005, 2009, 2012 and just recently a 2016 Jeep Rubicon Hardrock. In addition we purchased We have purchased a total of 4 Jeep Wranglers since 2005. A 2005, 2009, 2012 and just recently a 2016 Jeep Rubicon Hardrock. In addition we purchased a 2003 and 2006 Jeep Liberty. Also purchased a 2006, 2009, 20010,2012 and most recently a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The only vehicle that was not what we expected was the 2016 Limited. Defective parts that were taken care of by Ed Langmead and Chris Wilhem. The most upsetting problem was the Stereo. We met and discussed this problem with Dave( service manager) who said he would take care of everything. This made us feel a little better. He came out and agreed something was wrong. so we left the vehicle overnight. Monday we went down to pickup the Grand Cherokee Limited and was told be Rick( Mechanic) neither him or Dave could find anything wrong and in fact he had the build sheet and our vehicle did not show Alpine speakers but some generic type. We walked to the service counter and noticed Dave walked right past us??? We went home and contacted Jeep. We gave them our VIN and later they told us Dave was in contact with Jeep and said nothing was wrong with our system. Days later we received a call from Chrysler and in fact our vehicle does have Alpine. I decided to checked the rear paned where the sub-woofer is located and found the connector was not puhed in all the way. I did and now the system is perfect. We drove down to show Ed Langmead. I told Ed this is so upsetting that we trusted Dave-the Service manager, but he lied to Jeep and especially to us. We will always deal with ED and Chris, but not with this service department again. I have lost my faith with them!!!!!!!!!!!! John and Sandy More

The car is a very special 2016 Challenger Hellcat. The over the phone, half way across the country deal went smooth as silk. These guys even arranged for the car to be delivered! Ed Langmead offered us a better deal on a new 2016 Grand Cherokee Limited fully loaded about the same price as a plain Limited. We also got a great trade-in deal on our 2012 Grand Cherokee. Chis Willham and Barry the general manager were very caring and helpful. We continue to purchase our vehicles every 3-4 years as we always received the kind of service that Thompson promises.
