Ed and Tyrone did a tremendous job assisting me with the purchase of my new JEEP! Ed was very respectful of my time and came out when need needing additional docs signed! Terrible customer service at the Service Department, will not be going back. Did not listen to what was wrong with car, something that could take a few hours took the entire day. I will never go back. Was charged $150 to “diagnose” the car, which just means they hook up the code reader and they handed it back saying that was all that was wrong (eve Was charged $150 to “diagnose” the car, which just means they hook up the code reader and they handed it back saying that was all that was wrong (even though I brought it in telling them what I thought it was) 2 days later, I’m on the side of the road because they did not fix what I brought it in for. After over a week and $1500, I get my car back and as they pull it around, it sounds terrible. They were gonna just hand it over not fixed. And of course “it just happened”…. Do yourself a favor and never go to this classic example of a “stealer”ship. More
