After moving to the area, this was our first time at this dealership. Everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful, and took the time to answer any questions we had. I have been coming here for service for several years. Most recently last week when my daughter came to pick up my car she had to wait. She was nervous driving it home because of the amount of snow on the roof that was coming off along the way. Kind of think this was not cool. The car had been there for several days. Otherwise Mo was polite and informative. I continue to come because there are no other Dodge dealers to go to except Dar Cars and I had a horrible experience with them. More

Jeep Service Agent Dwayne Bridgett is the rudest customer service agent I have encountered. He told me my car was not safe to drive, but yet released the car to me (illegal if true), and ghosted when my fian service agent I have encountered. He told me my car was not safe to drive, but yet released the car to me (illegal if true), and ghosted when my fiancé called 5 times to get the name of the part that was dangerous. No one else in the Jeep shop could answer my fiancé’s question either. Sounds like malpractice. No return call has been received from Dwayne. He was so rude throughout I was in shock. He said an animal ate my air filter after my car was driven straight from another reputable mechanic’s shop, where my car was checked. Dwane claimed he replaced my air filter, but didn’t put the air filter replacement on the Jeep invoice. Mysteriously. I don’t believe a thing he says. Ick, avoid at all costs. More
