Needed some extended warranty work and a new Jeep dealer since Service Manager brother-in-law had retired. Part needed to be ordered, but came in quickly and Steve Ritter helped get the repair done while w since Service Manager brother-in-law had retired. Part needed to be ordered, but came in quickly and Steve Ritter helped get the repair done while we were out of town. Happy with the experience. Minor complaints: 1) No loaner vehicles available (and only to buyers from them), and 2) after driving home, found they’d caused a reset of the dashboard settings (possibly factory defaults?), and it was difficult getting back to our displays (mileage, MPG, etc.). To my wife, that was as bad as after an oil change finding the provider had not reset the Oil Change warnings. More
