Find another dealer for factory service I had the computer on my Jeep reprogrammed to add the optional tire size $60.00... I went back a couple of months later and wanted to get another opti I had the computer on my Jeep reprogrammed to add the optional tire size $60.00... I went back a couple of months later and wanted to get another option programmed and was told $143.00. I talked to the manager.... he said the charge $119.00 and didn't know where $143.00 came from (nor did he ask the Service Write that was standing 10 feet from him). Then he said that the first reprogram was $60.00 because they also did a "recall reprogramming," so I was only charged half price. Problem is they quoted me $60.00 when I called, before they knew there was a recall. I'm not asking for it to be done for free, just honesty and consistency of pricing. More

Sent another package I was looking at and got a one sentence, condescending reply that it didn't come in diesel. No suggestions or correspondence regarding the vehicles on there website that matched just a one sentence rude reply. I replied to them stating that they must not want my business and never heard anything back. I guess I was correct More
