Jason Kerr and Justin Chenoweth went the extra mile to ensure that the experience was well worth the wait. My first time ordering a new car (SRT Challenger Hellcat) which for me is really a once in a lifetime event. So being a “Car guy” I left specific instructions as to what I wanted when the car arrived. Not only was it followed those requests to the letter they proactively went over the vehicle and took the appropriate steps to get a solution prior to me stepping foot into the dealership. Great communications, honest answers all resulted in an amazing experience. Everyone was very supportive and allowed us all the time we wanted to get pictures, inspect the car and test drive the car. Finally we went to see Dina Marshalek to get the paperwork handled. My advice is to at least let her work the finance side for you even if you have financing in hand, she is well networked and if anyone can get a better rates Dina usually can. Finally the last part I would to bring forward. There are many dealers who are marking up cars, particularly Hellcats and Vipers. Not here. MSRP. Pretty incredible considering many dealers are tacking on 20 to 30K dealer addendum's. On my previous purchase they did worked with me on the price. So no price gouging. So if you asked would I go back to buy again? Without a doubt and twice on Sunday. More

Dan Ipes was very knowledgeable about the various models and made the case that I wouldn't notice the difference between a new 6 cyl and my 8 cyl trade, and the test drive proved him out. WORST Dealership Experience Ever! The visit started off well. My Fiancé and I had a specific car we wanted to test drive, and Mr. Ipes was sufficiently friendly and very knowledgeable The visit started off well. My Fiancé and I had a specific car we wanted to test drive, and Mr. Ipes was sufficiently friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the car and all of it's features. We were quite upfront about stating we would not be signing any paperwork that day. We just wanted to test drive the vehicle to see if we liked it, and take home the final numbers so we could think about it. The experience went well up until the point we were discussing the cost of the vehicle. We didn't try to negotiate a lower amount, the price was fairly reasonable as is. Instead, we wanted to take home the final quote with all taxes and fees included so we could double check our finances, and discuss privately whether this was a 'right decision' for us. At that point, Mr. Ipes became highly aggressive, and blatantly accused me of wanting to take this quote (the same quote they have online) to a different dealership. He also effectively called me a liar, saying that 'looking over finances' is just a 'smoke screen', and that people don't really do that. Eventually he tagged Mr. Chenoweth, in which he came out and stated "Why aren't you buying the car today?". While I do understand the reason behind the question, it does not bode well after having been berated for the previous 30 minutes as though you were a criminal for wanting to think overnight about a huge expense. Their actions were highly unfortunate, as I loved the car and have no doubt I probably would have been back the next day to purchase the vehicle. If high pressure tactics, including berating remarks, is an underpinning of their sales practice, I will definitely not be doing business with them in the future. More

Jana was awesome, incredible communication and made the buying experience easy and fun, there were no games like I've experienced from many other dealerships over the years. She made it more like buying my new Jeep Wrangler from a friend and not a salesperson. Jeff the Business manager was very professional, friendly, and even made signing the paperwork enjoyable. I have two jeep dealers within 10 miles of my residence, Ourisman has made me a customer for life its worth the hour drive. More

I dread buying a car because of all the drama - the back and forth between the manager and what can be done for the price while you sit around forever getting frustrated. There was none of this at Ourisman. We came in and were greeted by Jason Kerr (awesome guy), got the price we wanted right away, signed the paperwork, and were out of the dealership in an hour. My husband kept saying, "just wait, there will be something that comes up". Nothing ever did - no drama. We were shocked when they brought the car around full of gas saying thanks and here you go. And the price beat anything we saw elsewhere. Before going shopping, we did a lot of research online. We went to several dealerships because of low prices advertised online, but found that we could never come close to that advertised price. There were always qualifiers we didn't have like both already purchased AND leased a vehicle from that dealership (who has that and needs another vehicle?). We then went to Ourisman Jeep, once again because we found a price online that was less than other places. To our happy surprise, we got the low price we wanted - which was far less than other dealerships. Jason, our salesperson, was extremely helpful. We wanted a car that we really couldn't afford, and so we test drove a smaller vehicle that we didn't like as much. Jason found a way for us to get our dream car at the price we could afford without being pushy or trying to force us into something we didn't want. It was great. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Ourisman. More

I also traded in a vehicle as part of the deal and was offered a highly competitive price for my trade in, which kept the payments on the new car right where I wanted them. The entire experience was fast and seamless. Jana is very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure your time at the dealership is positive and enjoyable. She definitely puts the customer experience first. I would HIGHLY recommend working with her if you are in the market for a new or used car. You're sure to have a stress-free and enjoyable buying experience, as I did, which is rare these days. Best buying experience I've had with a salesperson/dealer. More

They give you conflicting stories on if a certain vehicle is available or not. Then when it comes to your trade in appraisal, they are nearly $3,000 lower than competitors. When you bring this to their attention, management gives the 'typical car selling games' speeches by claiming other dealerships are inflating their prices. Well, if this was the case, then how do all competing dealerships come up with the same trade value numbers, which actually go hand in hand with what KBB and NADA state as well, except for this particular dealership? Simple..... they sell their vehicle for top dollar and give you 'less than auction value' for your vehicle. When you point out facts to them, they just keep making up excuses. Sorry, but far too many other dealerships out there that treat the customer more appropriately and make the customer, this time myself want to purchase a vehicle from them. Since they failed me at every turn, there is no way possible I could ever give a thumbs up to anyone and suggest that you go here for your next vehicle purchase. More

I know that there are other ways to resell a used vehicle but I feel that (at any dealership) the customer is at a great diadvantage. Nothing against Oursiman, its just the system. More
