Walked it, ready to buy. Left disappointed. My wife and I stopped in over Memorial Day weekend (2017) ready to purchase a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was exactly what we were looking for. The salesman, who was the only person remotely attentive, took us both for a test drive (separately as we had our 2 kids). We then went to take price. We low-balled a little (who doesn't) and he took our "offer" to the sales manager, who turned it down. He came into the office to show us on paper what the "minimum" was he could accept without losing money. It was the sticker price on the vehicle, so no negotiating at all. I thought maybe they really do have them priced low to move them. I was a little disappointed that we couldn't make a deal, but it happens when buying cars. Right? Fast forward 1.5 months and I'm browsing Autotrader still looking for my perfect CPO Jeep. Low and behold there is the same Jeep at Ourisman ...but $1000 lower! Clearly their "minimum" price was an outright lie. If they had countered with this number when we were there, I would have happily drove away in it. Now, they will never get any business from me and I will be sure to make all my friends and family aware of their dishonesty. I guess the stereotype is true. More

From John Treat to Justin Chenowith, the sales department gave us a great experience as we utilized the Costco buying program. Not only did we get the best deal as offered through the Costco program, we we given an additional $1,000 off on the day our Pacifica arrived from the factory. That was a pleasant surprise, and totally unexpected. John Treat went the extra mile and answered all my questions...even at 2 in th emorning! Customer service is his forte! Sales mananger Justin Chenoweth was so friendly in putting our new car purchase concerns to rest. He detailed every question I had and made my wife and I feel extra special! My Challenger purchase from Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Clarksville was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Before going to this dealership I visited several others others in the area with disappointing or downright infuriating experiences. Most dealerships were dishonest, aggressive and were simply not trustworthy. Sylvia Jeffers, Jeff Borakove, Kevin and others were the reason that made this purchase so amazing. This was the first time in my life I've had a team work this hard to get to a price I could work with on my new car and trade in. In addition to that the atmosphere was incredibly warm, welcoming and humorous. I will be bringing my family and friends to this dealership for future purchases. I strongly recommend you go to these folks for a car purchase! Its night and day compared to most dealerships in the area. More

At first I was ok with the 6+ hours it took to get out the door because I thought the team was being honest, and willing to work to get me a good deal. Not so much it turns out. I had pre-approved financing and stated so. The dealer informed me they had to use my SSN to do a "back ground check for all new vehicle sales since 9/11" I asked if they ran a credit check as well, and they said no and they would not. The finance guy said he could not even beat my rate so there was no point. I use a credit monitoring service and today it informed me they ran multiple credit applications through different lenders. I will never be returning to this dealer of such a dishonest practice. More
