Sorry, it's not for sale. I called to see if the Jeep they had advertised was still available and I was told yes and can I come down today. I said I was on my way and I would b I called to see if the Jeep they had advertised was still available and I was told yes and can I come down today. I said I was on my way and I would be there in about 45 min's. Once I got there I was told sorry, the Jeep is not for sale at this time. The front bumper that is on it was not the correct size so it can't be sold. I had already walked back to see the Jeep before I saw a sales person and it had an upgraded Jeep bumper on it that was set up for a winch. Enough said. Ourisman will never get my business again. More

First off let me tell you about the best car salesman I have ever known named Ralph Bowen. This is the second car I have bought using him and he is wonderful. My first was a Dodge Challenger R/T 2 years ago. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and never rushes me along the way. He also went above and beyond actually finding me one that suited all my needs. He also is very honest and clearly loves what he does. He is a true assett to any dealership he works and it just so happens he works at the Clarksville Dodge dealership.. Upon finding my car the finance office was also stellar in getting me great financing for the car I wanted. The finance office was also tops and I was never rushed along in there either while signing all the papers. It was a hassle free experience all the way through. After that I met all the service people and they took the time to introduce me to them as well A true professional evironment all the way. Bad Customer Service! My car was towed to this Ourisman car dealership in Clarksville! It was opened! The following day no one called me! So I waited on Tuesday when I saw no one calling me! I called unsuccessfully! Then since I could not have Services on the phone, I went to their website to find out if I can connect to them! I finally talk to someone who recommended me to talk to Steeve Ritter. I called again and again and finally could talk to Steeve Ritter who told me my battery and alternator are bad and it will cost me more than $900 to replace them. On Wednesday I stopped at This car dealership and requested Steeve to conduct a diagnostic for my car he said he will and my car will be ready the same day! I waited for their call that day, then The next day, On Friday, I finally called and was told the car was not ready and to check at 6pm. Steeve was not there that day and my car diagnostic was not done. I am a black woman who does not know anything about mechanics and asked Steeve to take care of me! He really showed me all he cared about was my MONEY and could careless about my SAFETY! My Engine light is still ON! More

None of the folks we talked to on either coast were as knowledgeable about the Pacifica Hybrid as John Treat. Many knew nothing about this magnificent vehicle and a number of the dealerships did not even have one on the lot. John Treat walked us through the features of the vehicle very carefully and worked with us on the sale. Because we planned to order the vehicle, John properly set our expectations on how long it would take before we would get delivery of the vehicle. He then let us know where the vehicle was in the manufacturing process and about when we could expect the van. John, as well as the rest of the Ourisman team, did not pressure us, at any time, for add-ons and extras. We really appreciated the well informed, low pressure experience. And the Pacific Hybrid is simply Amazing!! Thanks John Treat for a job well done.!! More

Try another dealership, please. . . What a disaster experience we had in buying a Jeep from Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. After searching for a specific Jeep model for some time, What a disaster experience we had in buying a Jeep from Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. After searching for a specific Jeep model for some time, with specific options, this dealership happened to have the one Jeep we were looking for. Our poor experience started with a call to a salesman who was short on the phone, seemed quite anxious and repeated that he was doing the 'right thing' - yet we never had even stepped foot in the dealership. Red flag #1 Several e-mails from other salesmen later, all working to secure a deal, we decided on the vehicle and ended up leaving a deposit. However, that is when things got worse. We did not receive any confirmation and after calling to see if they had processed the deposit, finally received a text (!!) from one salesman stating he received our deposit. No receipt or e-mail confirmation. (Yikes). Red flag #2. Several e-mails later, we scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Filled out the online application, secured insurance, all things trying to expedite the process. Received a Friday e-mail about an offer for a $500 savings, free TV with an appointment, and called to ask about this for any additional savings to the offer. Was told we were trying to renege on the deal. Red Flag #3. Again, being the car we wanted, stuck with this offer. And explained we wanted to process the deal swiftly and would be there first thing in the morning. Red flag #4, showing up Saturday morning another couple showed at the same time, asking for the same salesman. Found out they had made the same appointment with the same salesman. Waited a good hour before seeing the finance department. That was one silver lining as that went somewhat smoothly. Bought a part from the parts department and no one offered to assist us in placing the part in the car. post deal - alarm bells. Notes: 1) even after explaining some issues to the manager over the phone, not one manager, general manager, came to introduce themselves, say hello, or say congratulations. Nothing. 2) No follow-up call, e-mail, apology, again, nothing. And after all that, we received a call from finance stating they would accept the $500 offer and would FedEx a new contract. But instead of receiving the contract, what was in the package was license plates for another customer. [If the alarm bells are not ringing now, let me toll them for you]. Initiated several calls to the manager and explained yet again the issues. All anomalies as explained by him. Try another dealership. Please. . . More
