I thought the service department did a decent job at quickly diagnosing the problem and moved forward with a solution to it. My truck was still under warranty so it was just a matter of getting the righ quickly diagnosing the problem and moved forward with a solution to it. I did find that their communication was above average, but they never responded to my questions their own text message that they sent me to start with. So I just called them instead, but they didn’t respond to my first VM. I reached my service agent on the second call I made to them. More
