Easy, Relaxed, Low-Pressure I worked with Nakia Spencer over two weeks. The first week, I stopped by, test drove some different Jeep models, and gave him my phone number, in case he found anything fitting my interests. He was great about NOT spamming me with calls or texts. (I had told him I was inundated with calls/texts/emails from other dealerships.) The second week (Memorial Day), I came by early, without an appointment. Spencer recognized me and was great about setting me up for a few different test drives to narrow down what I wanted. We hashed out the details without any pressure. I had to leave around lunch time, but told him I'd be back in the afternoon to wrap up everything. During that time, my application for financing was run and approved. Spencer was very communicative via text. He kept me updated when the vehicle matching the VIN we discussed became unavailable due to quick sales at other Ourisman dealership locations. This happened a few times throughout the day. Luckily, Ourisman had a large enough stock of the model and trim with the options I wanted that Spencer was able to find equivalent Jeeps for me at the same cost. In the afternoon, Spencer texted me to let me know that my Jeep was at the dealership and ready for final paperwork. We worked out the rest of the details at his desk. Sales Manager Arbi Ghazarian also stopped by throughout the day and was very helpful. Finance paperwork was handled by Kevin Gilbert, who was excellent to work with. The overall car buying experience at Ourisman was great. I'm very happy with how the day went, and I love my new Jeep! More

This was a great jeep buying expierience, from Mike F the salesman to Jeff the general manager the entire transaction went so smoothly. I was pre-approved, completed the online credit application and sent an email stating my trade-in information, down payment and other information he would need. After not hearing anything for several hours I sent an email for an update. The next day with no response I called for an update and he stated that he just now submitted my application. He then replied to my email asking for the information that was provided in the email. Obviously he never read the email he responded to. At this point I called and informed him since he could not take the time to read emails that I was no longer interested in their business. He since continues to emails even though I have asked him to stop. Overall the most unprofessional sales person I have ever tried to work with. Fortunately dealers are now opening in my location and I will be keeping my business local. More

Very nice and efficient service team! Dwayne was understanding of me trying to explain what was wrong with my truck and got me their master tech to go on a test drive. So glad I picked the location closer to my home even though I didn’t buy the truck there, they were really accommodating. Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for routine service, including brakes, filters, belt....Excellent Service! They totally disinfected my car & cleaned it! It was walk-in 1st oil change. Waited for 1-1/2 hour, may be current covid-19 shut down and short of staff, though, there were not that many customers.
