Interactions with Tim were really easy for buying a new car. He had to looked around for the particular car and extras we wanted and made me feel comfortable and confident that he would find the car I want car. Needed some extended warranty work and a new Jeep dealer since Service Manager brother-in-law had retired. Part needed to be ordered, but came in quickly and Steve Ritter helped get the repair done while w since Service Manager brother-in-law had retired. Minor complaints: 1) No loaner vehicles available (and only to buyers from them), and 2) after driving home, found they’d caused a reset of the dashboard settings (possibly factory defaults?), and it was difficult getting back to our displays (mileage, MPG, etc.). To my wife, that was as bad as after an oil change finding the provider had not reset the Oil Change warnings. More

We bought a 2020 Jeep a few weeks ago and noted that there was an active recall for the clutch. This dealer was the closest so thought we would check them out. The experience was super. Got us in q there was an active recall for the clutch. This dealer was the closest so thought we would check them out. The experience was super. Got us in quickly, did the recall, checked the vehicle over but was not pushy about changing oils etc. So this will be our dealer for any future service or parts that might be needed. More
