Brought my truck in for 3 separate issues. The gentleman at the service desk had a counterpoint for each issue I described and was very argumentative, telling me that I was wrong and trying to belittle me w at the service desk had a counterpoint for each issue I described and was very argumentative, telling me that I was wrong and trying to belittle me with every thing he said. Told me I would get a call back that day and I didn’t get a call until the next day. Cost $200 for them to tell me EXACTLY I HAD TOLD THEM WAS THE PROBLEM and that parts were on back order and they couldn’t fix anything until an unspecified time in the future. So basically, waste of 2 days and $200 in labor which fixed nothing. Never coming back. Arguing with a customer is never a good policy. Let me describe my problem and then let the mechanic disagree after looking into it. Don’t tell me I’m wrong to try to make me feel dumb and then call me the next day and tell me I’m right. Ruined credibility. More
