Simply put, your people did not make as competitive offer for my trade as they could have. Your valuation of my trade was $5000.00 dollars lower than what I actually received from your competition, another dealership closer to the city. That combined with the attitude of your financing person not wanting to put any effort into getting a decent financing rate made my choice very easy. Your salesman was terrific, he did a excellent job of working with the customer, explaining things, and was knowledgable of what he was selling. However, the people who decide who what where and when, fell short... fell very short.... For the record, I got a 2012 Dodge Challenger MSRP $29,320.00 out the door for $19,557.00 financed which included tax tags and dealer charges. I got 6000.00 over what I owed on my trade which was a showroom quality vehicle and was what the book value of Kelly Blue Book said it was worth within 500.00. They also knocked another $3000.00 off the sticker in addition to giving me the $2000.00 instant rebate Dodge was offering for the Challenger. So please keep that in mind when trying to sell or buy peoples vehicles, We do know what our vehicles are worth and will get comparisions from several dealerships unless you are honest and up front with your offers. We also know what people are paying for said vehicles online through various forums and again will shop around until we get said deal, espeically in these trying economic times. It is unfortunate that a sale could not be accomplished, but that is how it goes sometimes.

THanks for the offer, but I only know the salemans name and he was actually very helpful and forthright. I do not know who the manager was who test drove my vehicle or the name of the finance person aside from the fact it was a lady. I will pass on the oil changes as I already have lifetime oil changes from the dealership I purchased the car from who have done a fantastic job and even today when I went in for a oil change were extremely friendly and communicative to me and making me feel I am a very important customer... not just a number or a sale...
