They made a trade-in offer that was fair without even looking at the car and gave us a great deal. We were taken seriously, never felt "handled" or "slimy." Staff was supportive, playful and ultimately, we walked out with a great used car. I would definitely return to this dealership. Shoutouts to Param, Ken, and Joe. We have worked with salesman Jaqc Hall for our last two purchases, and he has always been considerate and helpful in helping us make the right (expensive for us) decision. We have worked with Senior Sales Manager Heeman Yang, who has worked miracle deals for us. Richard Duong worked with us this time, and did a heroic job of getting us the price we needed. Ourisman has free maintenance for two years with every purchase, which has helped us to take care of our Priuses (Prii?) in a cost-free, no-hassle manner. The service department there is the most organized and well-run organization I have ever seen. From the moment you drive in to incredibly clean service area you are greeted by the same smiling faces. Your service needs are taken care of quickly and professionally, all details are explained, and you are soon on your way with a loaner car, if needed. When you pick up your car, it has been fixed correctly and has had a nice bath! We have worked with Mike Hillyard many times, and he has always been cheerful and greatly helpful; every other service person I have had the pleasure of working with has been the same.
