Service and parts \/ Have taken my two cars for service. Always treated in a condescending manner, like I am not a customer but a pest. When I asked why, I as told it was too much work. :-(. Other dealerships make tons of money from internet sales. I would never take my cars there. The service dept is not friendly and disrespectful. The appointment line to schedule services is horrible. The appointment line was not always like this before, they were incredible and seemed more streamlined. The new process to schedule service appointments is getting better however, they need to step up their game. The Service Department figured out when I arrived on Saturday the appointment I made was probably under another phone number and they were correct, it was under my spouses phone number. I actually heard my spouse make the appointment and gave the agent my cell phone and my e-mail. When I came back my spouse did say he got the e-mail however, I heard him give the agent my e-mail when he made the appointment. My concern is not this incident, we've had other issues making appointments. Showing up for an appointment and the service department does not have us scheduled. I told my service agent I was going to write the review and let them know my issue is not with the superior service they do i.e. change oil, tires, fluids, safety, etc.. they are perfect however, the appointment line has been a reported problem for some time now I'd like to see it fixed. With anything negative I've said, my spouse and I will buy our next car and probably another car and continue using their service department. This dealership is excellent, they tackle problems fast, and they are honest. The dealership is busy and great and probably why they had to outsource the appointment scheduling because they are so busy. My service person really got an earful on Saturday and went above and beyond to make my appointment line experience better, it's just frustrating Struggling to make an appointment with ease and to be properly scheduled seems like not too much to ask. Fix the appointment line and you'll get an A-. Fix the appointment line and not encounter another appointment line mistake for a year A+. Svc Mngr Trevor Gehring took a closer look at my bill and understood the situation. He then offered a svc agreement I am eligible for and in the end, I paid less than my initial bill plus my next 3 scheduled maintenance checks are already covered due to the new svc agreement. That's savings right there. They treat you right and don't take advantage of you. Highly rated and Svc Mngr Gehring is a true professional! More

Usually I deal with John Weir and specifically ask for him, but he was not available that day. :(( I had Paul Poirier helping me. He did a wonderful job. I got my oil change and car cleaned and speedy shuttle service. My work day was not interrupted at all. I didn't hold very long on the phone either when scheduling my appointment or calling for a shuttle. Bad Experience With Alternator I had a bad experience at Ourisman when the alternator went bad on my 2009 Toyota Highlander with 75,000 miles. One month after the extended warranty I had a bad experience at Ourisman when the alternator went bad on my 2009 Toyota Highlander with 75,000 miles. One month after the extended warranty that I purchased had expired. Online the estimated price to fix the alternator was $700 to $1400. Ourisman charged me $900 for the new alternator and an additional $900 in labor to install. A total of 7 hours to replace a part. The other part is they said the battery died and I needed to purchase a new battery. Mine is only 18 months old. They charged me $30 to remove the battery because they would not charge it. Had to take it to Advance Auto to have it charged. Not sure why they would not just charge the battery and the only option I was given was to buy a new battery. This is the last car I buy from them and I will go to another dealership to make my purchase next time. The only reason why this review is one star because they did provide me a loaner for $5. More

My husband and I already knew what class of vehicle we wanted, but with our credit recovering from a bad couple of years, we weren't sure how things w My husband and I already knew what class of vehicle we wanted, but with our credit recovering from a bad couple of years, we weren't sure how things would work out. We started the day with an open mind, as we were beginning the hands on shopping after doing all kinds of research. Aly met us at the car, on a cold, windy day, offering his coat in a most honorable way. He was friendly and quite helpful. After he listened to our expectations in a vehicle, he answered all of my questions and led us in the right direction. After our decision had been made on a RAV4, we began negotiations. Unfortunately, we weren't meant to have a RAV4. Aly had sold us on the Toyota brand, especially with all the safety features the newer models had. We ended up with a Corolla....probably a better choice for us than the RAV4, and at an incredible price. Aly worked hard to get us the bet price at the best interest rate. I feel like any other salesman would have told us a deal wasn't possible and walked away, but Aly saw it through to a happy ending! Aly will be the guy I go to for my next Toyota, seeing as I will never drive another make. I can also say that I will be referring most people I know to him. He follows through and has checked in with us several times since we got the car. More
