When I pulled into the service area I was greeted by several people who all seemed happy to see me. I had several questions I needed answers to and got all of the information I needed and some good recommendations on how how to approach a problem I was having (not mechanical). I waited in the waiting area and then someone called my name to tell me my car was ready. Not only was it ready, it had been washed! Another thing my car needed but I did not ask for since I did not realize it would be free. So I got into my freshly washed RAV4 and drove away quite happy! Every one I talked to was happy and seemed to be interested in making sure I was happy, too. It was a great experience. More
