He did not conduct business in a professional manner and he abruptly stood up and pushed away the chair in front of customers without saying anything. He just left and said "that's it" and walked away. He showed poor customer service and is ill-mannered when it comes to dealing with negotiations. He should not be a manager because he can't even manage his own temper. More

At that point I was told none of the technicians did not come in until 8 am. that meant I had to wait an hour for my car to be serviced I should have been told that by the person making my appointment especially since he know I planned on waiting.
